gotta say, in reaction to these reviews, the guy was fine, the service perfectly good. i was dropping off a ups parcel. no complaints.

The rudest people I have ever come across, do not give these people business!!
I went to drop off an Amazon return, I walked in with my parcel, before I could even say anything the man behind counter said "no Amazon" no hello, just utter rudeness!!

I went back the following week to return my parcel again, I had my dog with me, and I only stood in the door way, and asked if I could quickly hand him my Amazon parcel, to send it back, the man was shouting no dogs; got right up close in my face. He then took my parcel I stood outside to wait for him to confirm he had scanned my parcel properly, he came back out, my dog was sat down with his back to man, not even looking in his direction, he acted all scared jumping back!

I really cannot believe how rude these people are.
AVOID THIS SHOP!!

Always pretending his machine is broken, for topping up electricity and gas, I had a small baby and live steps away, he pretended it was broken and asked me to go far, when I didn't have car or phone, the house was extremely cold and I couldn't bring the baby, must unhelpful people ever.

Went into this shop last night upset asking to use the mans phone behind the counter as mine was dead! But the man just looked at me like i was from space and said no sorry, at first i thought he didnt hear me properly so i repeated it, and then he said no again, awful!

Never came across such a rude customer service!
