After reading some of the reviews on here I was pleasently surprised to get such great customer services today
Andy provided excellent customer service by guiding me through the TVs and checking stock, while Damian offered invaluable technical advice. Left happy with TV arriving tomorrow

Amazing goods are there. They got loads of things with wonderful staff to assist you, peradventure you need assistance.

We were served by a chap called Julian, he was lovely. My parents, who are in their 90's decided to buy a new TV. We are for a simple to use one, Julian went out of his way to find just the right one. They came away very happy with the service that they received.

I went in there looking for some assistance with my current laptop and charger. Brandt went well out of his way to help me find and solve the issue, above and beyond. The experience really made my day/week so much brighter, service 10/10. Thankyou so much Brandt!

I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II Headset from here. One of the best Headsets you can enjoy and i highly recommend it.

Initially it was hard to find an assistant. But then Jon came along. Very, very helpful. Explained and answered everything I needed to know. He was great with my 16 year old son who is nerves talking to people,supported him with the purchase that was for my son.

Helpful staff, large clean modern store, not much in stock at Christmas but lots on display to voew. Simple order process of ordering online and having it delivered to store.

I was served by Tyler who was fantastic. I had some technical questions I needed help with and he easily sorted it for me.

Couldn't have been more helpful. I went in with a work laptop which had decided it didn't want to load, the 'black screen of death' as I googled on my phone, was then replaced by the icons, but then wouldn't load or connect to the Internet. In short, it was bin fodder!!
I discussed my requirements with them, they suggested a couple of solutions, explained the difference in systems and what was worth spending money on and what was nt, concluded that spending an extra £200/300 wasn't worth it for what I needed. Took their recommendations and very very happy with my new, super quick Lenovo laptop.
They are sending off my old machine for data recovery, again quick and efficient service, had a text the next day saying when it would be back and it was a reasonable price.
Very happy indeed, very good and knowledgeable team, very pleasant and efficient. I've also got ongoing product support paid for monthly which was a reasonable cost and if the machine plays up and they can't repair it within 7 days, they simply give you a new laptop. Can't grumble at that!! Very happy with the service.

Great service today. Went in looking for a new TV. Was approached within 5 minutes and explained I needed a bit more time to look around. The same sales person caught up with me 10 minutes or so later and asked if I had narrowed it down any further. The staff member was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to further assist with what I was looking for from a TV. The TV I wanted was a little out of my budget this month which was no problem he explained as I could pay part and put the rest on Interest Free Credit. An easy and painless process made more enjoyable by the positive and pleasant attitude of the staff.

Staff are always very helpful, even if some of them seem out of there depth and could do with more training with there own systems and products they sell. But so far I am always able to get what I want and they compete very well on prices. They are also controlling the amount of people in an out much better than some other shops and supermarkets

We were buying itech items. The salesman, oliver/oldies, was most helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing too much for him. The same applies to the young tech expert as he was dealing with an oldie. Keep that standard

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great shopping experience even with social distancing. Personnel at the door admitting one at a time. Hand sanitizer available. Personnel to show you where to go. Only complaint was not enough personnel serving in the large white goods department. Only 2 on duty for the whole floor. Had to wait quite a while to be served.

Easy to find - can be seen from main road. Good parking. Good entry for prams/wheelchairs. Well laid out displays. Well lit. Friendly knowlegeable staff. Relaxed atmosphere - no pressure. I found what I wanted at the right price. Yes I was pleased and can recommend it.

2 ladies in this branch who are always really helpful. Jo is a legend and there’s another lady with an accent who I didn’t catch the name of! Lovely service and really have the time for their customers!!
