The Range, Hereford

I love the range, especially at this time of year. Christmas at the range is magical.

Marvellous place packed with everything including some Wilco products. Lovely staff. Great atmosphere. No cafe though.

I love the displays especially this time of year. Their prices are reasonable too.

Good place to get paint wallpaper and other things to use for DIY, furniture,bedding, lighting, household nicknacks, toys, camping, clothes, pet supplies, garden supplies, confectionery, some phone accessories, Halloween items and Christmas items together. From September. toy's, stationery, cleaning, fabric, food & artificial flower's. went today 30th December and custom service lady was in a very horrible mood, she snapped at my husband and myself. my husband didn't have his reading glasses with him so he thought that all of the Christmas unicorns was reduced to 49.99, so we picked up one in the box when we got to the till the one in the box was 110. so my husband explained that he thought they were all 49.99, and she snapped back only the display one. so we asked for the display one,He paid and left. then our disabled daughter brought the wrong make-up and we hadn't left the shop and she wanted to change it for the right item but we were told that we couldn't, because the reason why couldn't be put though the till. All I wanted to do was swap the make up and something else for the same price as the previous item but wasn't able. so I went to get my disabled daughters card of my husband and when I came back from the car she said that it wasn't my card, as her mum and Carer, so I explained that it was my disabled daughters, who was in a wheelchair with me, so I asked if the card mechanic could come of the stand. so our disabled daughter could use, it then the costumer service lady said to me that I was doing it, and not our daughter but I was explaining everything. So I said that I wasn't, I never will shopping the again.

Very easy to get around with my scooter.

I love this store and the lovely helpful staff in it. As they were open during covid l could get all sorts of things beside the essentials like my cats food. I was also able to get my crafty bits too to keep me busy during lock down. Thank you. Also it was still easy but safe in my wheelchair.

Staff are friendly and help as much as possible, always well stocked with a variety of items across the store. Currently using the Range for our wedding flower decorations and furnishing our new home, which I hope shows the quality of their ranges.

You have free parking without pay after 2Hr. .There lots of thing for everyone. IT'S OUT OF town so no pushing you around so can have time to for you look for what you need .plenty of parking . Wheel friendly you can go around easy. Prices are very good.

I love looking round this store! I always walk out with something, usually not what I went in for!
From wallpaper to kettles,art stuff and toys also a garden centre area.
Plenty of selection of pretty sparkling things for the inner magpie!

Very helpful staff , on two occasions I had to ask where certain items were & was taken to the aisle & other enquiries were made if item was in stock. I also bought & left an item by mistake, returned to pick up & the lady was lovely & had put my shopping safe for collection. Hopefully will have same experience today as I need to return a faulty item. Staff very polite & cheerful, makes a change to some other stores in Hereford!!!

The staff are super friendly here. They’re always accommodating and love to make a special effort to help. The products are very good and rather cheap too. The store is always clean and fully stocked
