Dunelm

Always a treat to visit Dunelm. I more often than not come away with more than I intended to buy. Such is the tantalising range of goods on offer!

New bedding! Good choice, reasonable priced and decent quality. Click and collect and store visit are operational. There is a lane system in use at the front door...diverting click and collect away from the store itself. You are met at the door by a very helpful member of staff. It is obvious which door to use when you approach the building....as you look at the store it's the one on your left...someone still tried to use the wrong one! 🤪
Worth the visit.

Really helpful staff at Hereford Dunelm just helped me with using your brilliant textile recycling scheme. Also using the Dunelm / Clearabee service for larger furniture later this week. Many thanks.

Love going here. Shame the cafe can't serve as quick as they do in the shop . It's very frustrating . Always a que and just seem to be on go slow
.I seen people walk out because stood waiting for a coffee. Someone please sort them out. Plus high.prices.

Popped here to buy a pizza cutting board, saving me a good £3 as opposed to buying one online. Nice two storey shop, good selection of household items. Always clean and tidy. Cafe and customer toilets upstairs, Good parking though it can fill up during busy periods.

Excellent for anything to do with the home. Helpful staff although check outs can be a bit tiresome - never enough staff on duty when customer numbers build up. Good café, good food - great place to meet

Excellent collection of house essentials and decorative. They do have free parking available in front of the shop. This is a very big shop with excellent quality things.

I returned a number of items to exchange for other items. The lady on the till was extremely helpful pleasant and polite. It was a lovely experience. However I couldn't help overhearing a customer being rude to two staff members as he was quite loud and very rude to the ladies! The did their utmost to help and satisfy the customer remaining professional throughout. I really felt for the staff members staff do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner! I saw a couple of customers approach the man and they actually felt sorry for him. They told him to ring a number they pointed out to him to make a complaint. I'm not in the habit of speaking out like this, but I feel so strongly for the staff members having to deal with such ignorance and disrespect while doing their job! I've always enjoyed my visits to the Hereford store the staff have always been helpful and polite.

Some items a little pricey to other shop

The staff members are always extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming - to some extent this is training, but also wonderful Herefordian charm. 😁

The 1st-floor café is worth mentioning. My favourite drink (hot chocolate) and my friend's latte were "hand-made" (not machine). Really nice. One particular day, when short-staffed, the drinks were very warm and not hot, but the - still - friendly, young staff member was doing an admirable job. The café's food is good to great too. What's not to like?

out of town centre store. Always found parking space. Store well laid out with lift to first floor if required. Coffee house. Bedding choice is excellent. Made to measure curtain service if desired.

Love Dunelm stores. Such a variety of bedding, lights, cook ware and so much more. Plenty of parking places.

Got myself a few bargains, as I went into the store a chap was reducing various items to half price, duvets that had been opened by customers, a mattress protector and a duvet cover, all 50% off. Very happy with my visit. Bargains galore.

Good selection of items with option to order online and collect in store ,after a couple of hours same day,it was quite busy on our visit which resulted in slightly longer que time ,but staff on tills were polite saying sorry for waiting which was not a problem.

I visited Hereford Dunelm on Saturday 24 July with mr husband and Mother. I really wish I made a note of all the staff’s names as they were so helpful. My mum wanted to order 4 cushions with bees on and there were only 3 in stock. The lady assistant we originally saw was really helpful and looked to see if there were any more in stock. There weren’t. We explained we would be visiting again the following Saturday so a young lady (another assistant) arranged for all 4 to be ready for us to collect.
During this time my Mum felt poorly and faint so the staff arranged for a seat for her to sit on and carried on helping her.
Your staff were all fantastic and definitely need praising. Thank you. We will be back in this Saturday. We have a nice bacon bap at the cafe (after I do the parkrun).
