I came in recently to buy some flowers and a card, I was amazed by the wonderful customer service from Rosie who helped me with my decisions!

A lovely atmosphere and very polite staff.

The members of staff are probably one of this company's greatest assets. Every single time we ask them a question, they seem to know the answer and they are friendly about it. The people at the tills are always lovely and helpful.

There is an impressive variety of food and there is an excellent cheese counter. I have yet to use the cheese counter, but it looks attractive and delicious. The selection of food is great and there is a books section.

The members of staff apear to take pride in their jobs and are enthusiastic.

I recommend this place.

Easy access. Lots of parking. Selling fresh fish, sushi variety. Spacious and friendly staff. Lots of shops around Waitrose too.

Smaller store but well stocked. Staff are nice too, no issues whenever I have asked for help finding something.

Always well stocked with wide variety of good quality items in each category. There always seem to be some nice new and different items to try.

Fish counter is great on choice and quality and good value, especially on Fish Friday. Kippers are always the best.

Good to be able to get free parking, 80p, for shopping in both Waitrose and Farnham as a whole. Need to spend £10 or over in Waitrose.

Self check out quick and easy with queues rare. App works well for checkout.

Waitrose saves my Master’s degree in the UK, it only costs me 5 minutes from school to Waitrose.

Always pleasantly happy with the visit. Sunday's there's less availability of fresh veg and fruit and special cuts of meats. But overall fresh bread and essential items available. Blessings your way for the highest good of all beings ❤

The staff here are all helpful and doing their best in a tough situation. The shop is a bit smaller than most but has a good selection. The carpark is good and you get some money back for your ticket if you bring the stub in wit you

There is also a sushi counter here which is one of my favourite things in a waitrose.

Excellent shopping.. Have been so happy to have found a store that actually likes customers.. Have been using this store all through lockdown !!,, a shop every week.. and actually enjoy it !,, Had used lots of times before, but found the carpark a pain... My normal shopping was Sainsburys ( Waterlane).. & Morrisons ( Aldershot). Have not seen them for months.. Sainsburys treated people like Cattle. Morrisons the same.. ( little Sainsburys in Farnham really good though). Waitrose welcomed everyone.. Staff lovelly.. younger ones through lockdown were gorgous.. older ones that returned,, are great.. Thank you Waitrose.

Decent parking, good range on the shelf, reasonable staff levels, everyone is helpful.

As usual lots of choice and prices reasonable. Staff always helpful and queues at the checkouts minimal.

My local Waitrose. Only downside is parking is paid Mon to Sat before 630pm, but they do reimburse an amount inside. Other than that it's a fair sized Waitrose where you can buy expensive, and necessary goose eggs, as well as waitrose essential range frozen fish for the cat that you wouldn't dream of feeding cat food to.

Lovely, friendly staff. Easy access location. Lots of variety of products to choose from. Great quality produce. Whats not to like.

delightfully helpful staff. a smaller waitrose so some items not available but nevertheles a good range with competative pricing some items cheaper than sainsburys

Very clean and well presented supermarket and its nice to see the fresh food counters open during current covid-19 constraints.

Friendly staff, good store layout and helpful staff too! Parking is easy and the trolley attendants are courteous and efficient.

Sainsbury's may be cheaper, but Waitrose is my shop of choice.

A lot of great quality stuff in there, although a bunch of items can be bit pricey. The quality is brilliant.
