Clean, tidy, well stocked, and helpful staff.

I recently had an experience at the store where I purchased some perishable items. I paid at the till and was not greeted by the cashier. Throughout my visit, the two employees seemed engrossed in their conversations via headsets, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. The cashier appeared disengaged and only spoke to me when prompted about the price. It's crucial for the staff to acknowledge patrons for a better customer experience. I hope this feedback contributes to improving customer service in the future.

Awfully managed. One lad working there putting the covers over the fridges as early as 7.30pm. What if you needed milk etc? They're constantly taking on their headsets whilst sposed to be working, or on tills. Was told unexpectedly at till, that it was"card payment only today " when I only had cash. Why didn't they put a notice up to inform us. I've seen shoplifters practically walking out of there. They make it clear they're anxious to get ho.e early..
8pm should mean 8pm shutting time not 10 to.
