I originally called to ask about collecting some boxes from their warehouse. After speaking to the Gent on the end of the phone, the boxes I wanted would not have been suitable for the job I needed them for..... very very helpful advice and much appreciated.

After being directed to their website, I ordered a quantity of smaller, cheaper boxes that were fit for purpose.

Ordered and paid on Friday afternoon, delivered to my door at 10:00 on Monday morning; neatly packed and undamaged.

I ordered three sizes of small packing boxes from the website. The process was straightforward and I didn't have any problems. The boxes were delivered by two different carriers within a few days. The quality of the boxes is good and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent range of products - and really fast shipment. I needed a whole lot of packing materials for pictures, furniture etc, and was so impressed with the first set of items I ordered, I used them all up, then found myself getting a second order made up. Deliveries of the items really fast, and a great experience all around. Marvellous!

Really easy to use website and ordering, good prices and really fast delivery! We had a slight niggle with our neighbour picking up the boxes while we were out but the kind gentleman at the Box Warehouse was very helpful and found out where our delivery was, he was proactive in emailing and calling us to make sure we got our boxes! Great customer service, much appreciated care.

Really pleased with this service. A bit confused trying to do the online booking, not knowing for sure what products I wanted, so I telephoned and got a direct in-person service. Helpful and friendly. Competitive pricing - in fact the best pricing I could find around. The bubble wrap sleeves for pictures were brilliant - and a fraction of the price of cardboard sleeves offered elsewhere. Next day delivery for majority of order. Two day delivery for wardrobe boxes, which came through a different carrier. Will use again - and recommend onwards.

Brilliant! We were reordering due to previous excellent experience and in a bit of a rush. When our order was initially short-term out of stock, customer services were right back to us with an alternative which arrived the very next day. Our daughter is now packing her boxes in good time for us to collect her. Very grateful.

So a slightly odd 5 star review as the boxes were not delivered as expected. However, when I called the office, the service and follow up I received was brilliant. Paul (didn't get last name) checked with local depot and called me back twice to tell me a driver had been taken ill and that they would ensure the boxes were with me the next day. Which they were.
Good quality boxes as well which was ultimately what we wanted.
Will definitely use again.

Very happy with the experience of buying boxes for a house move from the Box Warehouse. We live in the remote Highlands and delivery for awkward items like flat boxes can be challenging. Communication from the Box Warehouse was excellent, the additional delivery charge fair and the boxes are sturdy and fit for purpose. The boxes arrived quickly too. Highly recommend.
