It's a huge charity store. So many different things here. I really enjoyed looking at books toys puzzles vinyl etc. I managed to buy a few things there. Use recycle and save. What's not to like!!

I went down to click and collect a pair of Bose headphones on Tuesday 06th February 2024. I tanned, quite muscular guy with dark curly hair served me my nose quiet comfort headphones and really made me feel like a valued customer, and solidified my happiness with the product. Guy was a genuine dude with a great personality and very much an asset of the business. Also, for others out there, I have used the very easy click and collect system with the 12 months finance options (by now pay later) and it was so easy. Very much recommend Curry’s, and their Team valley store to others! 🖤🤍

Don’t normally leave reviews but I was so impressed from the customer service we received from Archie. My elderly grandmother has problems with her laptop and often gets confused has been back to this branch several times. He dealt with it amazingly with so much patience and we had a great laugh. Fab customer service thanks so much!

Great service. Walked in needing a laptop, the staff member went through my options and gave me a good deal and Norton at a discounted price. Very happy.

Really helpfull staff who don't harass you as you enter the store. Open to price matching, so do your homework if there's an item you want to buy before going to see it "in the flesh." Nice tidy store loads of choice park us so easy compared to in city sites.

I ordered chicken kebab it was amazing, I order every weekend from this pizza shop it’s my favourite 😍 friendly staffs and good prices. Love it

Went into store knowing I needed a computer and not much more than that. I dealt with an employee named Travis who I would just like to say was brilliant, everything you want from an employee, he should be training staff (if he isn’t already!). He was clear and concise, very good at explaining how things work and helping me to make my purchase. He was very polite and attentive, couldn’t rate higher.

We went in for a laptop and the guy who helped us was lovely, helped us pick the right one and in the budget we set, didn't try and push higher etc

After visiting the Sunderland shop and being disappointed with the service due to that shop having over 12 fridge freezers in 1 row on the shop floor and still wrapped up so you were unable to view them we decided to try the team Valley shop. When we got there i couldn't see any fridge freezers still wrapped up all of them were visible to see. Kirsty asked us if she could help and after we gave her the specifications of what we were looking for managed to find a 1 quite quickly and we purchased it and it was delivered the following day. A big thank you to kirsty for your help.😊

Purchased A Google Pixel 8 Pro on Vodaphone Contract. Served by Chloe (Team Valley Gateshead) who was very helpful & took time to set up my new phone transfering data & apps from my old phone.

Visited the Team Valley store on Thursday afternoon on 7th September to buy a new washing machine and received excellent customer service from Julie. She explained the features on the washing machine I selected and confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and included the recycling option and installation. Julie explained what to expect and what to do on the day of delivery the following Tuesday. I received the 4 hour delivery slot the night before and the tracking for the driver and installation team was fab. I received a phone call 15 mins before they arrived and the driver and assistant were friendly and took care removing the old machine and installing the new one, they also performed a check to ensure it was filling and draining properly before they left. An excellent experience from start to finish. I recommend a visit to Currys Team Valley for your white and electrical goods if you prefer in person shopping. Thank you Team Valley Currys 👍👍👍👍👍
