It reminds me of Walmart.

Cafe, bank, optician, pharmacy, mobile, locksmith, grab&go section and massive alcohol area! This shop is just too good to be true.

Might be an issue for people who do not drive- too much shopping to carry, although it is very close to Gateshead Interchange.

Staff were exceptional and supported our young girls football team in their efforts to raise funds for the club. Blown away by just how welcoming and generous they were. They genuinely went above and beyond and the girls had a fantastic time. Thank you.

One place for your all needs from groceries, cutleries, gifts, toiletries, food, veggies, bakery, frozen food, pharmacy & what not. Must visit place before searching any other place for your need. It has plenty of parking space with full refund.

Very big supermarket, close to the metro station. Wide corridors. Friendly staff. It reminded me of Carrefour supermarkets, but not yet as big as a hypermarket.

I was in Tesco at trinity Square earlier today buying tubs of chocolate and I must have unknowingly caught my finger on one of the edges, as I got to the till I was bleeding quite a bit, the lady on the checkout was Alison, I've been served by her numerous times, well Alison got some blue roll and wrapped my finger up in a canny professional style, telling me to take care as I went on my merry way, what Alison didn't know is that my partner passed away 2 months ago and I was havin quite a bad day, but I walked out that shop today feeling lucky for what I have and just thinking how any kind gesture, no matter how small can make someone's day thank you Alison

The BEST thing they’ve done is install the speed bumps. Those whinging about them don’t realise how dangerous it was beforehand when the boy racers would speed around the place like Mariokart. Well done Tesco.

Great new Ice Cream Parlour in the refurbished café. Store is large with a wide and varied product range. Finest range items are particularly good.

Massive, absolutely massive. There's over 20 aisles of food and drinks, a pharmacy, clothing and beauty sections, and a lot more. This Tesco is the perfect choice if you've got a big shopping list, you'll be able to find everything here! You'll need to be careful though, you'll probably end up coming out with things you didn't need. 😂

Giant hypermarket with everything you need, literally everything. They've got over 20 aisles of food and drinks, a massive clothes section, decorations and equipment for your house, a pharmacy and so much more. Absolutely recommend coming here to shop, but be careful, you'll probably end up buying things that weren't on your shopping list. 😂

Would like to thank Ashleigh and the team for the help and support, as they helped me and my team at work get presents together for a local charity 'Young lives vs cancer' ! Great sense of community here, staff were fabulous in helping us too!!

We tend to judge supermarkets by the service at the till and I must say this was perfect. We also has contact with the Customer Service desk and a couple of floor staff who did what they could to answer our queries. We have previously shopped at Sainsbury's on the Team Valley and this was Premier League compared to Sainsbury's.

Nice supermarket, there's everything u may need. Easy to find what you are looking for and the staff is nice.
Nice cafe, toilet is ok.

Has brown ale! Priceless! Its seems to be a perfect place for me at least, eggs bit of veg !
Oh yes the cream eggs are on the way out of the store! So i had already spent up when i spotted them bah!

Found everything I was after, very helpful member of staff came to my aid when I was struggling to find one particular item in the medicine aisle. Equally helpful member of staff helped at the self service till.

Come into store Saturday looking for the disney princess cases out of stock lovely lady called Paula helped by saying they was more coming in Monday gave me her phone number to ring her and she has manged to keep me 2 this lady has gone above to help me so thank you so much Paula il be having 2 happy girls on Xmas morning your a star

Open until midnight every day (except Sundays) with free parking if you spend at least £5 in-store or are in-and-out in less than 30 minutes.

My favourite destination for shopping. Opens all the time. Best place for shopping. You can find vegitable, fruits, fish, meat, breat, clothing, house grocery and a lota more.

Usual Tesco store. Can be expensive if you don't have a Clubcard.

Has almost everything you need, pity they don't do CD's/DVD's and Blu-rays after wiping out these retailers.

The new car park paying system is a little bit of a pain but i understand why they have done it as lots of people were abusing it. Stay for up to 3 hours for no charge if you spend £5 in the shop which is fair enough. You can stay 30 minutes for free and an extra 30 minutes will only cost £1 which is no big deal. The paying machines are the slight problem especially for the older folks although to be fair there is normally a member of staff around to help.
Apart from that i think it is a great shop, i really like the good quality salad bar and it is easily the best large supermarket in Gateshead and the whole Trinity Square complex is the best thing to have ever happened to the bottom end of Gateshead high street without a doubt.
