Pleasant store with a lot of variety. Bought a faulty dog coat recently and it was exchanged with no problem. Very thankful.

I shop here regularly for my dogs food but also for the fantastic range of natural chews/treats for him. He’s a big chewer so I’m generally in here on a weekly basis. Prices are reasonable and the staff are all lovely and helpful too

I’ve just bought a new Cockerpoo puppy and I went here looking for some support and for the basic essentials. The 2 girls (mother and daughter I think) were amazing. They gave me everything I needed, advice on feedings and quality products and were so friendly and patient with app my questions. If you looking to shop here regularly for food I would highly recommend. There were other shoppers there with their dogs and the team were so accommodating of everyone and every pup. Great business, will be using now for all my needs. Large variety to meet different financial needs 🤍🖤

Went in for a reasonably priced dog bed and some dog treats and wasn't disappointed. Got everything I was looking for at a great price.

Friendly knowledgeable staff with massive selection of toys, food, care products for all your pets. Great selection of dog food at reasonable prices. They also have food for gecko's but you have to ask as its under the counter.

Great place to go for all your pet needs, I took my rescue in today to choose what he liked and it was also my first visit and I'll definitely be back! The prices are amazing and the natural treats are spot on. Many more visits to be had! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place.
The staff are brilliant, I bought a new harness and had it fitted got worming tablets and flea treatment. This is my second visit now any many more to come.

Very helpful. Can’t thank the two assistants that helped us today enough. We were looking for a figure 8 slip lead after purchasing numerous leads, halts and harnesses. They clearly knew their stuff. Went through the lead, showed us how it worked and couldn’t have helped and offer guidance enough. 15 minutes later we had an amazing walk with our 5 month Vizsla pup. No pulling, no jumping. Just pleasure. It was a beautiful walk and even she enjoyed it after a little initial hesitation, trotting all the way. Can’t thank the ladies enough.

Can not fault this store, friendly staff and we have always had excellent customer service. Staff are also very knowledge about products they sell. Our dogs enjoy visiting too always receive treats and lots of cuddles.
Best deal around for Arden Grange food too.

Excellent staff, really knowledgeable and super friendly. Made a huge fuss of my dog when a went in. Gave me natural remedies which worked a treat. Highly recommended to any animal lover. 5 star plus

Went here after going to a competitors shop in team valley. 100% better experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and the cat food I wanted they had in stock and was at a much cheaper price than what it was at the other store. Great layout and setup. Shelves were neatly tidy and looked presentable.

Love this place. Only local place I've found that sells good quality chicken food parrot food and cat food as well as toys

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been meaning to call in here for ages, wish I'd gone sooner. They have the dog food I've been using for years and travelled miles for at the same price. They also have a great range of pet toys and accessories. Parking is ample and dead handy for the Retail World.
