New store opened in December 18. Very well laid out, with nice wide isles. Large store with a very good wide range of goods. Prices really as you would expect very reasonable.The store is bright and cheerful and the staff are smart and helpful, i find a pleasant smile goes a long way. Large free car park with lots of disabled parking. Good access for disabled and the wide isles make it a pleasant experience for disabled people. No rest room that i could find, but a really good place to shop

Its always very good but I bought oven cleaner today and the top wasn't on properly and half of it spilt at the checkout. The staff were great and helped me clean it up. It was a trigger spray so I didnt expect the top to be loose. I wonder if a customer had opened it or was it a faulty top? It was dangerous though. Caustic bleach based contents. They replaced it thankfully. Just always check the top Is tight on any bottle you buy. Could have been burned or anything.

Great place to shop friendly shop and very flexible plenty of choice although some items on low stock stoctends to take a long time to be replaced sometimes

Such a great place to shop. This place has such a great ambiance. Wide and spacious. Non aggressive and everyone seem to be so tolerant of each other. Such a wide choice of products at bargain prices. I really like this shop.

Nice big shop. Best assortment and availability in local area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good located, easy to reach. Bus stop in corner and close to bus station.Free, large parking. Avoid only on busy school time like 8am or 3pm also around 5pm, as the roads around getting really busy(!) so instead of go for "quick shopping" you'll stuck in huge traffic 🙄😬🤷🏻‍♀

Brilliant shop for journals and home decor. Staff are really friendly. Interesting array of seasonal goods and clothes. Clothes are a great quality.

The new store is brilliant, with wide aisles very helpful staff ,lot's of products 😀 for families 👪 and home right down to bulbs for your garden ,an overall ,Great shopping centre.

This is still an excellent store, today it was very busy and the shelves are continually restocked, I got everything I needed and passed through checkout very quickly

Love this place has loads of product, never come out without spending 30 quid even if I intended on just buying the 18 pkt of loo roll, and I must of bought almost every peppa pig book and sticker book they have stocked , it's an around Great shop and also spacious but can get busy which and people don't care about social distancing which affects my anxiety but that's not the shops fault

Well where can I start absolutely love this store! Plenty of parking. Good size store loads of variety. Also has a bakery reasonable prices. Quite a few checkouts so you dont have to que for to long. Disabled parking at front of store.

You simply can't ignore the offers they got and they are worth it. From toy, sweet selection to the home collection simply love it.

HB Nelson is a good big shop with nice staff. Some of the customers are pretty ropey so best to go early and definitely avoid weekends cos of family days out so hordes of brats running riot. Prices show how much the supermarkets are overcharging. You can't get everything but you save a lot on what they do have in.
