The staff are superb. I shop on the trade counter on a daily basis and the trade supervisor Ian is always happy to help. We often stand and chat and have a cuppa. Thanks Ian

Great customer service, great stock availability and great prices. Use this branch most of the time as it has easy access and loads of parking.. Only thing let's it down is when the trade counter is closed, I have to use the public counter and someone who knows nothing about DIY tries to explain to the staff what they want to buy and it takes them ages lol but can't really blame the staff.

Brilliant service really helpful I hadn't a clue what I wanted and although I'm sure a large proportion of their customers know what there looking for the staff were excellent and made a real effort to help and in the end they didn't have what I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction for plumbing gear.
Couldn't fault them.

The prices are decent, it's a national chain so they are fixed but the one thing that really stands out are the staff here, they are brilliant, they give you the time and all are knowledgeable about their stock.

Work item bought and didn't click to collect as didn't know exact size needed but lady sorting the queue helped out and was able to find the size and part number to order it online while waiting . Very very helpful staff . Well done that lady .

This is always a great store to visit they are always willing to help and have friendly staff. They have good knowledge of the products and will deal with any problems quickly. If there is anything to be ordered in it is always quick.

Very efficient staff. If something doesn't suit, you can take it back. I have bought several items there and always at a reasonable price and good quality.

Excellent store, well stocked, staff very friendly and helpful. Order & pay on line to have a quick pick up in store. Parking ok can be a little small.
