Had issues with my phone for months, no one had helped... took it in and Brian helped me straight away with a simple fix took the time to help went above and beyond. Highly recommended

Went in to get help with my brother's phone.my brother is profoundly deaf and the guys there were great with him. They tried to talk to him instead of just me which was fabulous and they fixed his phone. Well done them.

I had purchased products online due to Pandemic, I normally use the Cramlington branch. I made a bit of a mess when using online services. Micky was brilliant sorted all for me in minutes and put my mind at rest, thank you so much; look forward to returning when my Samsung phone comes in.

Bought a new phone at O2 and all the contents of my old phone were transferred over for me foc.The staff are always so helpful and friendly and give you marvellous advice.

Went there with my dad to get a cheap phone. We came away with a cheap phone and... the young guy in there switched all the contacts n stuff across, despite an admin issue that threatened to derail the switch. He handled that with grace and humour. We were in good hands.
