We go and see Susan in cafe for breakfast , before weekly shop.
All the staff are great , but Susan in the cafe always goes the extra mile , she knows her customers, and most are on first name terms ,which I think is a great personal touch .
It is noticeable when she's not on shift .

Your Community Champion, Andrea has been most helpful in preparing food hampers for our competition days, open mic nights and the latest one, the coffee morning we've organised to help launch our Community Garden.

Had a very nice shopping experience everytime IVe been. Friendly staff always and labelled aisles. Lovely lady on the pizza counter lily always very smiley and cheerful when I go.

Went to Ashington Asda to get a picture birthday cake, I am not technically minded so I asked an assistant in the bakery for help. She couldn't have been more helpful or patient, her name was Jessica and I can't praise her enough an asset to your store.

I would just like to thank Leanne manager of Ashington for helping me with my Asda rewards. I tried over a week ago and couldn’t use them. A week later tried again, Leanne was so helpful and lovely. Very big asda, got everything I needed and wanted

Has virtually everything you need from headwear to shoes and everything in-between plus food toiletries alcohol fruit and vegetables toys and household items

I usually do home delivery for my shopping but I had to go into the store today. When I checked out I explained to the sales assistant that I couldn't manage to lift the 4x large bottles of water onto the til. The sales assistant came around and put the water through the til for me whilst it remained in my trolley. She then organised help for me to put my shopping into my car. The chap that helped me drove the trolley to the lifts and then met me again at the bottom of the stairs and lifted everything into my car for me. I am so grateful for this assistance. Unfortunately I didn't take the names of the people that helped me. I wished I had. The sales assistant was just getting over a broken left arm if that helps you to identify these people so that they can be acknowledged by their manager!

Would just like to personally thank Dylan at ashington store last night I went and done a shop for the food bank and he was so kind and was helping so much! Defiantly needs some recognition for what an amazing person he is!

You can most things from this store and the choice is vast. Easy to park and staff always happy to help you.

Brilliant staff. Only issue of shopping after 7pm is the lack of taxis to get home. Nowhere to sit while waiting.

The staff make the experience tolerable especially if like me you hate shopping

As a stranger to ASDA Ashington I had to ask an assistant for guidance to some goods. A most helpful, pleasant and obliging girl called Emma who was busy stocking dairy products helped me and I think she deserves a commendation for being such a helpful and professional member of your staff.

Hi there. I visited the cafe today at Asda Ashington. The coffee was lovely , thanks to the staff in the cafe. I've been here several times over the years and its convenient for my shopping, the staff seem very pleasant and helpful.
