ALDI

We used to shop both in-store and on-line at Iceland in Chatham. We thought we were buying quality products at good prices and used to say we loved it!

HOW WRONG WERE WE! ALDI is the best supermarket for quality, price, cleanliness, lovely helpful staff and so much more! We now tell everyone about Aldi and believe them to be best. Even the parking is good and both outside and inside the store is impeccably clean. Keep up the good work. We are most definitely 'Very Happy Customers'!

Small supermarket,but can buy all I need. For children milk snack, looks like chocolate bar,but more healthy.
Fruits, apples, mandarins.
Some how it's making big shopping cheaper then TESCO or Sainsbury's.

Great savings on good products. I just wish they had a bigger car park.

Hi I use this quite a lot and on more than 1 occasion I have had the pleasure of excellent and friendly customer service by Hannah. I have used the self service the last few times and Hannah has been the member on shift in the self service area, she is such a lovely person and not afraid of helping out where needed. This girl needs a rise she is a true asset to the company 😊

Always busy, prices have been going up. Over the last couple of years my weekly shop has gone up by 50%. Still, way cheaper than all the other supermarkets.

I usually don’t do my shopping at Aldi, but today decided to go and had a great experience . I was surprised how quickly I could find everything I needed, thanks to a very welcoming staff. Especially I want to mention a guy who’s name is Harry ,hope i remembered right his name. He was so polite and helped me with patience to find everything I asked for. Definitely will be back for more shopping at Aldi!

Great prices in Aldi and decent quality. Parking is ample and I always find the staff here friendly and helpful.

Visited the gillingham store to get butter but of course got 3 bags of shopping. Was glad to see thst self service tills have now been fitted. Value for money - was shocked that my shopping was less than I expected

Great food and prices

Usually an excellent shopping experience. 95% of the products are Great quality and they keep prices low. Staff are knowledgeable about where to find things in store, are friendly and willing to help. I'm always greeted with a smile at the cashiers - even if it's been a very long shift for them! That's refreshing.

Update on 23/01/23
This store has weathered Brexit and Covid very well. Most items are still available and although the cost of items has risen with the cost of living, it's still the most reasonable brand to shop with. Item quality hasn't diminished. I'm still a happy shopper.

They had everything I needed, liked the self check out much quicker when you only have a few items.

This Aldi is a good one. It has plenty of parking. I have never been their and been unable to park. The staff are helpful and friendly. When I didn't have a coin for the trolley they just gave me one. It has a public toilet, which is helpful to know

Good prices. Good for groceries. Not as much choice as other stores though

Nice place to buy things

Great value food and drink. Easy to park especially outside of peak hours. Still annoying to find £1 for trolley but worth it overall. Quiet in evening which makes it perfect for shopping.
