Iceland Supermarket Gillingham

A great store.

Plenty of parking, shelves mostly fully stocked.

Cashier; a very young girl, very pleasant, with the biggest smile possible, an asset to this store.

I visited with my 9 year old daughter Sunday 28th January at 11.43, and was served by Tommy. Whilst I was offloading my trolley my daughter was starting to pack my bags, Tommy was extremely kind to her going slower so she could keep up, advising her and helping her to pack, praising her on how helpful she was being. He was very polite and friendly and my daughter keeps telling everyone about the kindness he showed her.

I haven't been in an Iceland for years. I went in the Iceland in Gillingham and was surprised at all the new different varieties of frozen food. I have found frozen hash brown fries, which are a big game changer!!

I've never had problem with staff always been polite a fair range of food it is what it is ... I go to the business park one more cause of the staff and the bloke that I think is the manager is always on shop floor helping and his very polite ... keep it up

Called into the branch today 11th December in the afternoon,it was very busy and only one lady serving.She was very chatty and gave excellent customer service.

Love Iceland , like there different varieties of food which you can't find in most other supermarkets and obviously the price , been going there for 20 years !

Iceland was good got what I needed but wish we had a Foid Warehouse so much bigger

Lots of parking space. Lots of frozen food to choose from at very reasonable prices. They also sell lots of groceries that are nit frozen too.

Staff did an excellent job at remaining calm and being professional when an unruly customer was caught stealing and became aggressive.

My visit this morning was most pleasant.
Helped on 2 occasions by fella who I asked where demara sugar was and he went off like a rocket and grabbed it and again when he heard me talking to young lady on till for lemonade...
Girl on til who served me was really lovely & friendly and made my day the pair of them 😊

The staff in this store are always so friendly and polite. It is never too busy and I get round pretty quickly. Have noticed price increases across the store but do has every where else!
