Toolstation Gillingham

Visited Gillingham store yesterday and was very impressed with the service I received. Katie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about every item I needed. Staff are all nice and polite. Being someone new to DIY I left feeling confident enough to have a go, thanks to Katie.

Fast pick up for online order, very friendly staff.

Easy to find, easy to park. Usually have most products in stock, and if they haven't its ordered in next day.
Two women on front desk, I got served by Kate, to be fair she Usually serves me, very friendly amd helpful.
on click and collect within 2 minutes I had my items and was back in my car.
Top service.

The staff is extremely professional and kind! Mr Ant responded almost right away to my request and was clear on what work needs to be done and how much it’ll cost. He is also sharp on communication and is overall, a wonderful handyman !

I came into store today and was served by a lovely girl called katie, i wasn't sure of the specific screws and other items i needed for what i am doing in my home, however once i had explained and expressed my confusion Katie spent the time with me to work out what was best whilst offering lots of options for future work we spoke about that's being done. She was extremely helpful and not only made me feel at ease and confident with the work going on, but has made me want to come back and will always ask for Katie's help! I am really happy with the level of customer service i even came back and told my family!!!

The service provided by the staff at this branch has been of the highest standard and I would like to take the opportunity to personally thank Ant who assisted me recently in obtaining a refund for a Mira shower tray.

In my opinion he went beyond the call of duty and acted with great professionalism in making the transaction possible.

It was my first visit to this Toolstation Outlet and I must say this will be my go to outlet from here on. The service is exceptional and I was extremely impressed with Ant! He was so patient even though I had so many questions and has great product knowledge and such great tips as well! Visited the store on Sunday 24/05/2020. Due to the pandemic it was click and collect for the last half hour of the day! I urgently needed light bulbs for an elderly friend and explained my situation. An exception was made for me and I am so very grateful for their compassion and kindness! Thank you to all of the staff for helping me keep someone safe. If you see this please forward to your managers so they recognise how you went the extra mile to help your customers. All staff were upbeat polite and happy people. 🤗

We recently purchased an electric shower from Toolstation, only to find we had been wrongly advised regarding the wattage we could use. We had purchased the item at the beginning of April so were unsure if the store would take the item back, as the normal 30 day returns time frame had expired. Happily they did take the item back with no qualms, I would, therefore, like to thank all the staff, particularly Andy who looked after me, for their exemplary customer service and understanding.

I found the customer service great, when i arrived there was only one 0erson on the line, as soon as a few customers walked in, few assistants came up from the back and helped everyone very quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. I would definitely go there again, it has pretty much everything you would need for professionals and DIY'ers. It is close to my home and I'm very happy to have this branch near by!

Visited the store this evening after finding a product online but it was out of stock- Leanne was so helpful in finding an alternative for me

Very welcoming and friendly staff that were great help, I think two of the lads names were Gustavs and Joe. Went with the mrs and she said both the lads were very handsome people with the physique of Greek gods so I got a little bit jealous but other than that they were good people

B&Q and Wickes had no stock for plastering corner tape. Went to Toolstation in Gillingham. I was served by Customer Assistant Lexi, who was amazing, kind and very polite. Fantastic service. It was my first time and I was very impressed with the service. 5 stars.

On my first time to toolstation I had a very stress free visit. Staff member Ant was extremely helpful. He was very patient as I'm new to diy and helped me find all the tools I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone who goes here to ask for Ant for help.

He is always a joy to see when I come into the store, always very polite and helpful.

He is one the main reasons I use Toolstation over Screwfix.

Came into the Gillingham store looking for brackets. Had no idea what I was looking for so a really friendly member of staff came to assist me. Her name was Kate. She listened to me ramble on and saved the day. The decking and bannisters in the garden are finally completed!!!

I'm not very knowledgeable with tools and wasn't 100% sure which one I needed for a job I'm doing in my home. On arrival I waited a few minutes before being served by a really nice guy called Ant. He spent his time going through the tools I needed and which ones would be best suited for the job etc, every quiery I had, he answered straight away and clearky knows he's stuff. I would definitely recommend to anyone that visits toolstation Gillingham, look out for Ant as he is brilliant at what he does 👏
