Helpful staff. So far wen I've just walked in Everythings been in stock. Have ordered online to collect next day also, its great service as you get a txt telling you your orders ready for collection.

I can’t rate this place enough! The staff are so pleasant and helpful! I went in last week and was served by someone who said he hadn’t worked there long and he was brill! Today I was served by Andrew And Anthony they couldn’t have been more helpful... another bonus the prices are fab!

I cannot stress enough how helpful all the staff members are! All very pleasant people and are committed to getting what you need for the job. Massive congratulations to this store! Keep it up

I had a couple of questions about a product that I purchased first thing on Mother's day morning, I arrived, asked my questions and the young man that served me answered them with competent ease! It's a great product, and he's a real credit to your company... Thankyou 😊

Ordered some Hinges through Toolstation, the members of staff were very happy to help and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing and as they did not have the full stock in for me they ordered it and it came within a couple of days and the quality of them have been great.
Would definitely recommend!

Already reviewed on Trustpilot but worth adding this to Google. Toolstation carry the wide variety of branded stock that others don't have, quality at price matched prices. Their staff are friendly and helpful, this is now my go-to DIY store.
