Excellent products and service. I visited over the new year whilst camping with my dog. The coat I bought was excellent but turned out to have a small fault. I emailed the company asking what my options were and received a super fast response and outcome. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Absolutely brilliant store for all things dogs. Was able to try leads & collars on our 3 furry friends before buying. Really helpful store advisor. Delighted with our purchases. Hubby was sceptical about changing type of collar but tonight has felt the benefit that I did when trying. I now have much better control of strong Labrador & Spaniel as struggled at times due to spinal injury. Would recommend store and Rukka products along with the pink ruff wear for our smaller cocker. Fab choice of colours / styles.

Amazing couple, really attentive, super helpful, knew the products well! Needed shoes for my dog and they gave me a tailored service to make sure my dog was comfortable throughout our visit in store. They also took so much care and time to make sure the shoes fit him properly! Both me and him had a great experience and couldn’t recommend them enough if you need anything for your pet!

Lovely store, the staff are all dog mad which is perfect. There’s a huge range of leads, harnesses and jumpers. We bought rabbit ears, chicken feet and ostrich curls which have all proven popular with our two.

The best pet shop I’ve ever been to. Ian is so kind. He helped us fit jumpers for our dogs and opened early just so I could bring my anxious girl in to be fitted, she was still recovering from spinal surgery so she was very nervous, Ian was so kind throughout and very patient with Scout, it was a really lovely experience. The prices are excellent too. The same as Amazon but the money goes to a wonderful shop with people who genuinely care.

We were looking for a new coat for Lola our Lab Collie Cross. The service was great and Lola got to try on quite a few without any pressure to buy. I think Lola enjoyed the experience as much as we did and is now sporting a lovely Fjord raincoat. Thank you 😊

The selection is unbeatable and the quality of the stuff sold is unreal! There is no pressure to buy and the owner is an absolute gentleman who cannot do enough for you! Sam was extremely helpful and friendly when we came into the shop to buy Jeffery Rupert our French Bulldog a rain coat on a whim whilst on holiday as the weather was not great.
Sam was very chatty, informative and paid lots of attention to Jeff, giving him not just one treat but two. Jeff was very happy!

This is a wonderful shop that caters for all things dog. From collars, leads and harnesses to coats for all weathers and sizes. They also do a great range of foods and treats, all of which are extremely high quality.

Really helpful and supportive, my 11 week old puppy responded really well to staff. Also wanted to do the best for my puppy and not just aiming to sell products.

Fantastic shop with a wide range of doggie jumpers. We were greeted by the owner who was really helpful and knew exactly what was comfortable for our two schnoodles. The quality of the jumpers are great and for once actually fit my dogs perfectly! Will use again and thank you to the lovely owner for making us welcome and help my rather timid 🐕

The owner spent nearly an hour with us finding the right fleece and harness for Socks. He was very patient, honest and not pushy what so ever. Socks felt at ease with his approach which was amazing. Absolute gem of a place if you want to get the RIGHT thing for your canine pal. Thankyou Canine and Co!

We were looking for a lead that would help us control our Springador when walking in busy areas and to stop her pulling.
Ian showed us a lead and how to put it on the dog, even allowed us to try before purchasing.

Visited here Sunday to look for a new harness and waterproof for our cocker spaniel Holly. The owner was knowledgeable and measured amd tried different styles of harness. We could even try before we made a decision to see how Holly walked in the new harness. Holly was very well behaved. We were not rushed in our decision making and it was very busy. We came away with both a new harness and lovely light waterproof coat
