Have been a regular customer since HB opened over 12 years ago. Buy trade branded soups, cleaning products, bleach, liquid soap. There are 100's of branded lines available.

Home bargains is the store that keeps all us not so rich folks that live in Whitley bay alive. Great store, lovely friendly staff that are always pleasant. And everything is mikes cheaper than the big stores. If it wasn't for home bargains and a few other stores in Whitley bay, people would starve before the month was over. They also sell alot of other things like you would find at any majorly supermarket, aswell ad booze, kids toys, cosmetics, and they always have a shelf or 2 dedicated to the next big event be it easter or Christmas.

They're normaly very quick to open a second till should a line or queue start to for, great place, great prices, great staff

Smart mall shop . Sells a wide range of necessities - toiletries , household cleaning , basic DIY , toys , kitchen stuff , basic medicines , lots of packaged food , booze etc etc - it's popular because it lives up to its name.
