Have visited several times, only once a year but beautiful clothes for everyone’s taste. The gentleman who serves is brilliant! I have chosen a few things and he always comes up with something much better suited to me. Never leave without several purchases. Thank you so much.

This shop is great. I come over from South Manchester to it. A wonderful stock of clothes, always something different and also excellent shoes and bags etc. The bonus is they are all reasonably priced and the staff are really helpful. Great place - thanks for being there.

I do my best to visit this shop when I'm in the area, fantastic range of styles, colours, never disaappoints, very reasonably priced, I can always find something suitable. You can browse around without feeling uncomfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Im so glad I came across this shop, really spoilt for choice with a wide range of gorgeous linen clothing. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the clothing are fantastic ❤

Nice shop to get some nice clothes for a good price

Well I love coming into this shop when visiting Rhos on Sea but certainly will not be back !! Usually a very nice polite man always there, but today was a woman who I found to very rude, almost insisting I wear a mask !! It is my choice not to, and I certainly do not expect some stranger to challenge me !! Very very rude, no need at all for her unpleasant attitude. Went to another Boutique around the corner, lovely lady !! No questions, infact every shop I went in, even a Restaurant (where no-one wore masks) no one asked !! Rude rude woman !!!

I have made many purchases from this shop, but today I went in with my friend And left having been verbally abused by the female assistant.

My friend had purchased a jumper a week or so earlier which had come apart at the seem. It was clear that the stitching at the hem was faulty and had not caught when stitching. My friend handed the item back and the assistant said she would get it stitched. It was clear it was faulty but when we asked to swap it for something else she immediately said no and went on to shout in my face that the item was not like it when it left the shop. She said she had been in the trade for 27 years and she refused to do the exchange. She was vicious in her manor and at one point I had to ask her to stop shouting at me.
I will never step foot in that shop again. She has lost two very good customers who spent large amounts of money every month and when asked I always told people where I purchased my clothes. I will not be recommending this shop ever again. In fact I would go so far as to say I would tell people to avoid the shop.

I agree with Caroline we ha e spent a lot of money there but I was left shocked a d upset by the service and response on Friday .
