Appalling Customer service. I have been in this store a couple of times and I'm amazed who they let man the place. One lady followed me around and just so happened to be fiddling with the racks where ever I went. I was constantly apologising for her bad manners and her getting in the way that I ended up walking out.Today I went to return some items that didn t work out but could find my receipt. I think it was in the clothes themselves. I told them to just keep the stuff then some horried lady aggressively stated she could not exchange anything. I explained at no point had I asked her to as I was regifting them with the garments so they could sell twice. No thanks on her end. As charity shops grow increasingly and disproportionately expensive, I will not visit this drab outlet again

Appaulingly rude shop assistant who clearly needs some trainiing with human interaction.
I intend to escalate this matter next week, to voice my complaint to the management team.
8/7/19. To update, I escalated to the shop manager who advised that she would speak with the individual and respond. Two weeks later, and i am still awaiting feedback.
Simply not good enough, and a far cry from other establishments in the area.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service by the shop assistant today (8.12.18). I went in to donate many items that were of fantastic quality and some items that were new as I know that charity shops really appreciate the donations. However this was not the case today. The shop assistant just decided to complain that we had bought things in and proceeded to ask where we thought she was going to store them, before then opening a huge store room at the back to put them in. I am not going to go into details about what was said but I do know from previous experiences that most charity shops would be thankful for any donations. No thanks was given - not that I wanted it but I wanted to do my bit for charity and got made to feel like I was being a nuisance and shouldn't have been giving to charity in the first place. The shop assistant was extremely rude throughout the whole visit and made many flippent comments. Will not be going back here as there are many other charities who would appreciate the donations. Would recommend to others to donate to other charity shops who will actually be appreciative and friendly.

I went into the shop today and the person behind the counter was very rude. I will no longer be supporting this shop
