Very handy store just wish it had a satoshipoint atm

I go there to drop off parcels, it used to be such a lovely shop I grew up across the road from 1988- 2005 was always lovely but the staff are so rude the woman yesterday didn’t even acknowledge me just scanned my parcels and that’s it no hello, have a nice day or how can I help. I’m sorry but I expect a level of customer service as a basic but in this store now there is no customer service I felt she was very rude

This shop used to be a good local convenience store. I went today, after months of not having visited. The woman on duty didn't understand my request for Gordon's Gin. She seemed to be a native British English speaker, but didn't know what Gordon's gin actually was. She pointed out that customers usually select what they want and take to the cash point. However, in every convenience shop I've ever visited (be it a small supermarket outlet or a private shop), customers aren't allowed to touch the spirits (due to their cost) - additionally, their spirits are behind the counters,as was the case here. Very weird experience overall..
