Clean, social distancing. Professional, cheerful Staff.Reasonable priced grocery store and Post Office in wine store.

Used the post office facility, the lady was very helpful with friendly service.

Expensive, but very friendly and polite staff (many of whom worked there when it was the CoOp).

Called for stamps and cakes on way home

This is the best branch of McColls in the whole of Sidley. Yeah i know it's the only one.

Well usually love all the staff here but this morning I visited to use post office and a young guy was quiet off hand with me ...I could not read the signs as I have an eye infection and had treatment where I cannot wear my lenses...so I was asking questions because No I cannot read the sign....how rude...

Stock levels could be better in this small store. All the staff that have served me are very good and appear to get on well with customers, giving it a real local feel.

Have used this store for years, however the last few months the store is always understocked with empty shelves, and the shop also consistently smells of Body odour, particularly when a certain male member of staff is on shift.

All of the female staff are lovely and always have been, however there is a particular male member of staff that needs to be advised on his personal hygiene.

The smell is unbearable and has been noted by a number of customers, as well as the staff members filthy hands.

Please can management deal with this issue in store as it is preventing me from entering the store and is becoming a talked about issue with locals.

OK for picking up a few bits, but I preferred co-op. Can still get my magazines and lotto though.

Surprised Morrisons are happy to associate themselves with this store, extremely high prices and poor choice. Always feels generally a bit grubby.

The post office counter is rarely open in the evenings despite being advertised until 10pm. Was advised it was closed quite rudely via the medium of shouting from the back of the shop. Waste of my time really.

I was treated poorly. The post office is always shut in business hours some of the staff are not trained accordingly. I was accused of being abusive told to leave . I was not happy with the post office being unmanned. When I am accused of something I have not done. I react in the way I am being accused for. I don't recommend going in morrisons when the old boy is behind the counter.

Morrisons have invented the INCONVENIENCE store. Only the post office counter open.. Staff wander by and customers look at the unmoving queue and walk away. LIDL is only over the road

Shop still had many items out of stock but store bit more tidy and staff where friendly and helpfull.

What a disappointing visit , so many items out of stock .
Shop was untidy and poorly look after , lack good standards.
Morrisons take a look at this store it not fit to have your name above it door or is it ?.
Tesco express got no worries.

Waited 10-15 mins for the post office yesterday. Had a queue of about six of us. Guy came out and didn't acknowledge the fact we had been waiting ages.
