EE - Meadowhall

can I just say Noor and the rest of the team from both floors worked tremendously hard for a good 45 minutes to get my device up and running. I can't appreciate them enough, to think they've being doing this stuff all day, all week is... amazing. thank you so much EE meadowhall.

Just had a brilliant experience switching my e-sim to a physical sim with Noor- she was so friendly and helpful, a true breath of fresh air.

I cannot thank Jessie from EE in Meadowhall enough for all she has done for me over the past few months. I worked in Customer Service my self I know how much of a struggle it can be to resolve situations, but I always tried my absolute best for my customers & Jessie has gone above and beyond. She’s absolutely amazing at her job, and so down to earth. She is the only one sat us down, and solved the problem out of the whole EE store as well as the customer services team. Thanks again Jessie for being so lovely and understanding! X

However, as for the assistant manager that was on this afternoon she was rude! Didn’t listen to anything me and my partner were trying to explain, and had a disgusting attitude. She left us stood up, and didn’t offer us a seat to sit. We received snotty looks throughout the process from the assistant manager after dealing with Jessie. Just so thankful Jessie was in to sit and speak to us, after dealing with her in the past. Appalling customer service from a so called manager if you ask me.

Made an appointment and was dealt with promptly.

Jack was extremely helpful, and patient, I am not very good with technology and he helped me to upgrade to a new mobile and also very knowledgeable about how we could change from BT to EE for our landline and saved us money. Great service and results.

I came here to have my phone checked over. I meet the 3 Ladies Teri, Jessie, Bonnie they were all Excellent. Great help. I would RECOMMEND this stall to Everyone. The best if help. Gone out there way to help. Thanks 👌😊🙏👌

Great help when upgrading, got a great deal super happy and lovely team

Well my concerns for my wife's handset were confirmed but dealt with really well. So well that I even had an upgrade on another number whilst I was there.

Jess in Meadowhall EE Shop was a great help really wonderful customer service helping my wife set up her phone and offered advise on our home broadband

Helped with a problem was very polite & welcoming.
