Variety of items at very reasonable prices. Regularly go here as you can generally find what you want either here or Poundland.

Great store. Should be banned thou. Go in for 1 thing come out with 100.

Just wanted to commend Samir from B&M Shirley Retail Park for his excellent customer service skills - took me straight to the product I was looking for and read thru the product details for me then 20 mins later I saw a product with 2 different prices and Samir came over and sorted it out for me - no fuss just quietly helped me out - marvellous!

I was served by a lady and I was so impressed. I didn't get her name but she was so polite and giving a service that was a credit to the store. My wife also noticed even though we shopped separately. If only more store assistants treated customers this way.

Brilliant variety of items available, although prices have gone up on things, like everywhere else.

Often cal into B&M Store in Shirley their prices are very competitive I have found chocolate and Wild bird food very good value large selection of merchandise

They sell an assortment of products including gardening products, pet food, household products, hygiene (such as toothpaste/soap), groceries. If you would like a bargain this is a good place to have a look although don't presume everything they sell is cheaper. I found some vegetarian M&Ms there today (marked as 'halal' but doesn't contain anything in the ingredients that wouldn't be vegetarian) 😀

Massive store with lots of good stuff. Tills need a few more staff to cope with queues but still a great store.

I love B&M they have such a vast range of items, I could stay in there for hours just looking at everything .

Got a new quilt and pillows, bed sheets and quilt cover for grand daughter's new bed they have everything in there going back to get a rug to loads of different colours. Brilliant

Staff were friendly and helpful got lots of interesting things got all my Christmas things. I only stopped buying because couldn't carry them all. But will say there bags are rubbish. They all broke
