Very friendly staff, who as they were closing, reopened for a pair of drenched fellas on motorbikes.
The home made caramel slices are to die for.

Good value tea room. Had a coronation chicken sandwich £6.95. Comes with salad and crisps, very good. Several large gateaux there. Large choice of retro sweets, jams etc. Easy parking in car park st the back. Recommended.

Compact but we'll stocked village shop, post office and tea rooms. Located next to the A65 with easy layby parking it makes for an easy stop off en route
