Excellent place to shop with a lot of great product, they also have excellent cafe with great menu. Staff in the store and cafe are friendly and very helpful.

I would like to thank Katie from customer service as she has helped me find something that wasnt in stock and actually went inside to the back and brought the product. I have never experienced it before from any other staff in the past and I would like to thank her for her kindness.

I've always found Tesco an excellent place to shop, I bought a Warburton thick cut tiger loaf today and it is delicious, I've never gone into this shop and not got what I wanted.👍

We went for a mobile phone and Beth served us. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. We then shopped and Camila on check out was great

First class service no hidden agendas got what I wanted very quick / efficient very very helpful nothing to much trouble!! You only have to ask!! there is a specialist available for most items amd their ALCHOHOL lines are second to none I hope they carry on in the same way as how do you improve on near perfection in their business

Having a partly disabled wife I was very disappointed to find the parking for the disabled bays to narrow to be able to open the door of the car, I had to get my wife out before I was parked. This entailed blocking the road into the store. I have a standard saloon, I hope a 4 wheel drive dosen't park next to me.
Get a grip, and try it out.
Regarding the rest of the improvements, very good. further to my comment about disabled parking, after another visit to the store I find that I have been a little hasty, I now find that the disabled parking has been moved to a different part of the site, I now rate it excellent.

Quality customer service, very professional approach from the staff, very clean , well stocked shelves

After today's experience I wish I could put more stars because they were absolutely brilliant sorting out a mix up with an order I did online and the tesco online made the manager and check out manager were brilliant and the rest of the staff I just want to say thank you so much to everyone at tesco and the two managers that did their all to sort it out deserve a pay rise.

Always well stocked, it has a lovely little café too. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.
