Tesco Extra

Can't fault it. Always use Scan As You Shop so never have to queue to check out. Everything works OK and can always get what I need! Plenty of parking but advise avoiding parking too close to others as the car park seems to be full of people who have no idea how to park a car in a painted white box.

I lost my toddler today in store.. it was at the beginning of the store.. the staff were amazing... as soon as I alerted one of the staff, a message went out over the loud speaker and a barricade was made over the front door. My daughter (aged 3, who had run off to get the orange juice which was on my shopping list!) Was found within minutes. I cant praise the staff enough... a lovely employee Linda, then took us to the cafe and paid for a cup of tea for me and an oj for my daughter!

Amazing example. We can get things here that have dried up at Llandrindod Wells. Light years ahead of that Powys store. Totally different management structure. Also, unlike our local store, no so called management standing around managing the workforce.

I feel that I must send Tesco a positive message in these challenging times we are all experiencing ! Since the Lockdown started my Wife and I have had ‘Home Delivery’ from Tesco.
I have to say that every delivery, about once a week, has been within the allotted time slot ,the order has been fulfilled exactly as ordered, with fresh fruit and veg being very fresh, but best of all, the drivers could not be any better !
We have had a different driver each delivery.They are all extremely accommodating ,well mannered and quite frankly a credit to your company.
I am sure you are more than aware of my comments, but I feel so strongly about this I just felt it must be said. Apart from your mobile advertising on your delivery vehicles ,your Drivers are also a walking advert and they are a credit to your company.
Would you mind forwarding this to your Head Office as they need to be aware from a customers point of view.
N.B.Before lockdown we used to split shopping between Aldi and Tesco but because of everything I have said we will stay with Tesco as it all suits us very nicely.

The fruit and veg section was by far the cleanest and all the fruit and veg staff were extremely helpful.

Got what I needed but no electric charging points for cars. They have been removed. So be aware if you have one

Nice store with lots of choice, great air conditioning too in the summer

Love the pharmacy crew. They work so hard an are so accommodating. Always going above an beyond with any medical needs i have.

You'll get almost everything there. Good prices, i love the friendly staff. Always having a good laugh at the cash.

Exceptional service from our online delivery man Darren and all the staff in the store who have served us extremely well, efficiently and with a smile.

Lots of parking, large store, good product range. Filling station on site, as well as a key cutting unit outside.

Great range of food and other shopping. Much larger store than the Pembroke Dock store.

Easy parking.

Massive Tesco with Gregg's, Vision Express, a café and a clothes section.

Can get everything you need at home from here they cud do with more family parking

Very big store. Upstairs is home and clothing and cafe. Downstairs is the supermarket

they have a traffic lights to enter the store the doors will only open when another customer leaves
