Very impressed with this branch and its helpful team. The restaurant staff particularly good , professional and courteous! Food very good value. The shop is always clean and tidy and excellent range .

The parking charge for all day is only £1.00 and is refunded when making a purchase in store. Reasonable price fresh fruit and veg. Cafe for a quick bite to eat. Good shopping trips there and availability always good.

You know you're old when you have a preferred supermarket cafe! But love coming here for the ultimate breakfast! Food is always well cooked and tasty, great too as kids eat free. Great selection of cakes and really nice coffee. Best way to prepare for the weekly shop when you have 2 kids in tow! :D

Good supermarket with different types of goods. Fruit and vegetables, berrys, frozen food, meat and cheese, milk and ice cream.

Good size car parking with convince access to other facilities like NHS Hospital, New car wash station also available. Shop itself has a restaurant and everything else what is required for your household. Is there a cash machine before entry if required. Overall, it's good for shopping with decent prices.

Great cafe, such good value for money. All 3 of us left very full for just £15! We had 3 main meals, 3 drinks and 2 cakes. Delighted with not having to cook and clean for my family! Nice to have a day off. The shop is friendly and has abit of everything you need so all round love Morrisons Hereford!

Nice large Morrisons with a wet fish counter which nowadays is rear, fresh meat counter, a lovely array of cheeses, a restaurant, packed with special offers. Lots of parking and a petrol station

I was quite surprised at the great offers and lots of reasonable priced items. Had a few problems with offers not being allocated on tills bur always sorted at customer service

Brilliant shop, great choice of items

Good quality food and drink, well worth looking when they discount items. There were lovely joints of beef for £5 and whole salmon for less than £10 recently which is really good. They also do their own lactose free milk which is great. Cafe is always a good place for a cuppa and some food.

Easy to access sell most groceries

Good supermarket. Very popular. Their flowers are probably the best of all the supermarkets.
Update: They've taken away a few of the checkouts in favour of self-service tills for trolleys. There were 6 checkouts left, with only 3 working - customers were queueing, with hardly any using the new self-service tills. They may be useful for small trolleys with not much in them, but no good for the average weekly shop.

I came here for lunch with my Nana. Used the new self-service screen to order and had some complications with it - I ordered a seasonal latte that was stated to include syrup, but on the receipt it was just a regular latte. I explained to the wonderful girl named Alanna at the till that the till system wasn't correct as it was explained poorly, and that I'd also like oat milk but that wasn't provided as an option on the self-service. She was very patient with me and more than happy to make me the coffee I wanted. As she was making my order another man came and asked her for a takeaway cup and she cheerfully obliged. I was blown away by her service. Such a cheerful and pleasant interaction and it made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Alanna!!

Security guard was very helpful finding me a basket to use with my wheelchair. Good selection. Clean store.

Easy parking and well layed out and plentiful stock in store. The lady on the till was very helpful and friendly. No name on the receipt to thank her though.

Love Morrisons. Good prices and items here I don't seem able to buy elsewhere. The cafe is great for a visit, whether for a full meal or just a snack. Prices are very good.
