Purchased a pergola from Harbour lifestyle had a few teething problems In the beginning, nothing to do with the quality of the product The quality of the product is 2nd to none. I have been to many garden nurseries and looked at the ones on display for sale and I must honestly admit this is the best quality one that I have seen. I had a few problems with the install harbour lifestyle when beyond and above to sort everything out they kept me informed on what was happening and everything was sorted out within I said time period the member of staff that I was speaking to on the phone is Tez and Jake, the manager this company is all about customer satisfaction and I must honestly say that they have done that and I am a happy customer with my pergola. Thank you ever so much for the team for doing all they could to sort this out. Thank you

I recently ordered a luna dining set which arrived on time. The quality of the product was amazing and I have been very impressed with how it managed with the UK weather. As well as this it looks brilliant in our garden, no complaints!

Ordered our pergola on pre-order so was a little bit of a wait but it was delivered in line with the website dates (and we were in no rush due to the bad weather!). We opted for the one with blinds and LEDs and so glad we did as even with the rain we’ve had we’ve managed to sit outside. Struggled a little with the build but found the video instructions online which were a godsend! Look forward to a summer with some sun

Had such a good experience visiting the Harbour showroom last month. Spoke to the dedicated manager for about an hour and had a lovely coffee as I was being shown round. Settled on a gorgeous grey corner outdoor sofa and was very excited for it to arrive. Delivery couldnt of been easier and comunication from Harbour was fantastic. 10/10 experience

So pleased with our purchase 😊. The sofa is super comfortable and the cushion fabric is nice and robust. Looks very smart and expensive and the recliner aspect is a lovely feature. Family and friends have made positive comments and we would not hesitate in recommending this sofa.

Adrienn in the HL customer service team was fantastic and very helpful . Delivery was very efficient and the drivers were so helpful. All in all, a great experience.

Had a wonderful experience visiting the showroom, beautifully displayed, Jade was so helpful and friendly and a total professional in every respect, made me feel totally at ease. I was really impressed with the whole range on display, looks definitely top of the range, luxury, and hence worth the luxury price.

I recently visited the harbour show room, Patrick showed me round and really took the time to show me their range of products and awnser any questions we had. We have brought a luna corner dining table which was delivered very quickly and assembled by their team!

I had a fantastic tour of the showroom. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose my dream set!

Very good service received! Some of these reviews makes you think twice about this company but honestly glad that I ignore them and went ahead.

Ordered a parasol on ‘back order’ and were kept informed throughout. The courier company ‘misplaced’ it, but Harbour staff were extremely helpful and were able to track it and ensure it’s safe delivery. A faulty zip was present when I unpacked it, but they not only sent a replacement immediately, they sent out a much better quality one from a third party.
Things go wrong occasionally, but Harbour dealt with the issues promptly and without fuss. I’ll happily use them again.

I ordered a Hofats spinning silver fire lantern with some bioethanol gel from Harbour a little while ago - it's been fantastic! Beautiful product which adds a bit of warmth and fun to my home. My only regret is not buying more!

Ordered a corner seating and table set from Harbour Lifestyle and it is really lovely and great quaility. Needed this for a family celebration and had communication with Joep who was exceptional and kept us updated on the delivery. Upon arrival we had a grill plate from the fire pit table that had some damage and I contacted Joep and he immediately set out a replacement. Personally I cannot fault the products or service that I have received from Harbour Lifestyle. Well done Harbour Lifestyle and big thanks to Joep

Ordered a large parasol and cover. I have to say that the product quality is excellent. There was a delivery hiccup, but they have a WhatsApp response which was very impressive and sorted it immediately. Impressed. I've ordered something else.

I purchased a pizza oven and i must say is amazing! The gas burner attachment makes it super easy to heat up and its ready in just a few minutes! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. An order was delivered broken, no fault of the company, and when I reported this I had immediate customer service and a replacement sent at no extra cost. They went above and beyond.

Fantastic quality furniture. Love how thick the cushions are on our Bay set. The delivery men put the furniture together and took away the rubbish. We just need some warm weather now!

Had to constantly chase for delivery date after 10 days....1 slat was slightly damaged. I said I would live with it & was told that the matter would be reported to the Manager. Not being pedantic but I paid £3,999 up front. Perhaps even a £10 voucher would have shown concern. I wish I had demanded a replacement!
