Fantastic customer service,I had an issue where a confirmation email wasn’t set out so I contacted the shop itself via Facebook messenger and the gentleman got straight back to me explaining what had happened with the late shipment of my order as it was down to gamesworkshop.He explained the way they do business and it takes a little time for your order to come from gamesworkshop but as soon as greatsword games has your order they ship it that day or the day after.There was an issue with my order but it was all resolved and I was offered a replacement which was more than what I paid for which was a very nice gesture to gamesworkshop mess up.Absolutely cannot fault this company and I always like supporting smaller community run shop rather than the bigger companies.10/10 will be ordering again soon.

Runs some DnD nights and has decent table space for games. Well worth a visit!

Á fraudulent company at best - and that is putting it kindly. Unlike many more reputable retailers, GG take payment for items which they do not have in stock. Expect to be waiting several weeks, and there's a chance - however small - that they MIGHT be able to procure that item from Games Workshop. But don't expect any communication informing you of your products whereabouts.

Avoid like the plague.

Terrible customer service, I ordered an item for Christmas didn’t arrive in time. Contacted the seller via email and he said he could stop it as it hadn’t been sent out yet (this was after Christmas!). One month later a product arrives that I no longer needed or wanted. No return details no invoice and no more communication from the seller. Obviously they sold me a product they didn’t have in stock and have basically taken my money! It’s a fraudulent company, do not buy from here.

Bought an item last week, and have had no confirmation of delivery.

I have emailed, text, called and messaged to find out what is happening, and have had no communication.

Now, after seeing several people say similar, I get the feeling I have been misled into purchasing items that are not in the sellers hand.

I will be contacting reading standards as this very much feels like a scam.

Should be a zero * no item arrived after 2 weeks, would not answer the phone and did not respond to messages on facebook, read them, ignored me and then blocked me for having the cheek to ask for delivery details. Do not order from here. Shockingly bad service.

Ordered from here, no order update, no communication when messaged through email or Facebook, after two weeks had to go through credit card provider to get a refund. Avoid this scam :)

Seems fraudulent at best, made order never arrived, struggling to get refund, merchant very difficult to get hold of, website has no was to try get a refund etc
