Very well stocked supermarket with tons of options

On the evening of the 21st november i received excellent customer service from a lovely female staff member in the clothing department.

If you ever need a supermarket, Tesco is a supermarket. This Tesco isn't bad as far as Tesco's goes.

Online delivery from Roborough was cancelled yesterday as a driver called in sick.

Laura ftom this department was wonderful. Kind reassuring and professional.

Laura arranged for my delivery the next day that evening as per my preference and went out of her way to write a wonderful note that she had re picked my substitute items with the best date possible.

Sickness and hiccups can always occur in customer service I have worked in the sector for years now. But how Laura conducted herself and the extra touch she added with the note was wonderful. An asset to your team after many difficult experiences. Well done to you Laura !!

Huge Tesco Extra, escalators up to the cafe, nice selection of snacks and meals, good service.

Car broke down New Years Day in the Petrol station. Waited 2 and a half hours but thanks to Jayne and the other staff working that day I left there thinking how nice people can be. Jayne got me a hot coffee and came to check on me a few times and it was really nice to be treated that way. Thanks Jayne and the other staff

I visited this store but did not use the direct order/collect facility. The car park suggests the store was very busy but inside there was still plenty of space between customers. I came to buy some kid's clothing and was pleased with the choices available. The clothing department is a little tightly packed in areas and it's difficult to move a trolley around. My buys where value for money, I believe and fitted well. I also shopped in the food department, picking up a few basics and a few "Tesco Clubcard" deals. The store was clean and tidy, the staff where helpfull and so was the security guard on the day, who also answered a question for me. There are trolley wipes, spray and hand gel available at the entrance.

Great store very friendly staff always ready to help with any problem. I cannot understand why some customers choose to be so unpleasant to staff. I find them most pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Click & Collect, on the occasions I have used it, has always been first class. I don't have to get out of my car, I have rarely had to wait any great length of time. I would recommend the service.

Large selection of household items, food drink, cards, magazines (people still read these?), clothing (although beneton is no longer there 😭. Clothing is reasonably priced and better quality than primark ie, it lasts a wash. Stsff are generally ok. They won't smile or be very helpful but at least they don't sttand around talking. Right in front of you like they want you to snap...
Custom service desk was incorporated into the cigarette stand so even though there was a memner of staff moving returned item's to the back eho clearly saw me, I had a good long wait for people buying tobacco and scrstch cards. Highly frustrating when this was on my lunch.

The 5 stars are especially for variety. I can find the items I need most of the time in this store, and it has ample parking, three different clothes shops and a cafeteria upstairs. It's as cheap as you make it, I just look for the offers. All staff friendly and helpful too.

I have been using the Roborough superstore since I came to Devon and I have never had reason to complain. The staff are all very well trained and always polite and helpful. The choice is top quality and it stops food shopping being a chore.

Huge Tesco Store selling just about everything from groceries, bakery items, fruit & veg, fresh & frozen meat, poultry, fish, newsagents, confectionery, toiletries/ cleaning products, stationery, garden/home
& cookware, electricals, clothes, toys seasonal goods, pharmacy & Tesco garage /car wash. Tesco Club card allows customers further reductions off their bill just by scanning card. Recent purchase was reduced by £8 thanks to Tesco's Club card. Store has café on right hand side with toilets adjacent. Tesco also operate a grocery delivery service, where groceries ordered online then delivered to your home & a click & collect service, allowing customers to order online then arrange to collect from store. Staff always helpful.

Effortless and extremely ordered. Very convenient service. Signage to the click and collect point does not reflect the correct entry point but is still accessible. The £1.50 charge is competitive.

We went after 10 on a Saturday night having a make-up emergency, staff were fab, opened up the make up cases even stayed to offer advice and find exactly what we needed. 1st class customer service, very rarely found these days
