Fantastic service and friendly staff - I’ve shopped there for over 30 years - today was busy as it’s Good Friday tomorrow - most tills on - pleasant staff as always - shelves mostly full - fruit and veg top quality- in and out with a full shop in under a hour 5 ⭐

Good store we use it every time we get the chance to go to West Monkseaton.

Pre Xmas wine and spirits shopping some decent bargains available as nectar offers... Check out the 1 litre Jack Daniels....on offer.

Estelle she was the most friendly and helpful person we have met in a long time.
Explained all about the promotion in a way where we felt at ease.
Gave us all the information we needed to shop with confidence.
Keep an eye out for her and say hello she is so friendly.

Love you, Sainos. You've got everything I need and I love the smartshop app so I don't have to interact with the humans. Handy having the argos too, I often click and collect stuff there.

Good clean big shop with variety food shopping even hot cooked food to pick and collect. A chemist and a clothes section. Always someone around to ask for help, so customer service good. Lots of parking staces, parents and child, and a lot of disabled parking. Outside cash machines in well lite place. Good experience shopping here.

Love the vast variety, staff are a bit hit and miss, especially when they are having private conversations on their headsets whilst serving you! Not the best customer service experience!!

I needed some wine and spirits as a gift and popped in about 10am Wed 10th May . I must compliment the staff who set the isles up and it was so well laid out well stocked and uncluttered . Ten out of ten
