Great frozen food selection, well displayed and competitively priced. However Slimming World products are very dear now! Staff are always obliging and jolly!

I don't know if it's just me but l find the staff at Leigh store exceptionally pleasant and helpful it's make's a big difference to your shopping experience, l use a mobility scooter and on a very rare occasion it has been difficult to get around. They have to restock the shelves.

Great service .. do your shop take to till book your delivery all done. Only been using this service for the past 2 weeks delivery has arrived on time .I like the fact I pick my own shopping checking dates are within my time to cook them .would recommend this service 👌

I give Iceland in Leigh 5 stars until this morning when a member of staff was rude to me in front of staff members, my husband & costumers then he raised his voice then on the other side of the supper market after walking away from me in a very upset manner with his voice rises’d high enough to a member of staff and again with shoppers hearing him ...he made it clear he wasn’t happy with me for asking a question to him and he had no rights to do this to the other member of staff on shop floor shocking poor lady . Then another shopper said this person in question is always like this with people and always getting away with it !!! 🥺 I was so upset I left my shopping and got the staff members name I then got into the car very upset I rang the shop manager straight away he was very kind to me and I hope he has a word with the person in question as not only dose he owe me an apology he owes his team members of Iceland in Leigh an apology too But !! I will go back to shop there as I’ve known the staff apart from the person in question for over 15yrs and this shouldn’t stop me from being able to go back in I just hope the person is embarrassed like I was today
