Tesco Superstore

Typical of most tescos stores, convenient and has most stuff that you’re after. We use it mostly for click and collect and it’s always pretty good with not too many food substitutes or missing items.

Went in to have a chat about mobile phones and even though Ed didn’t have an iPhone but he was very knowledgeable about them and was able to give me his honest opinion and advise. He was very friendly and made us feel at ease

Quick trip but got everything needed as the shop is well laid out so everything is easy to find and plenty of stick available.

So helpful!! I had a click & collect order booked for collection this evening between 7pm & 8pm, but was held up at work so didn’t get there until just gone 8pm. I went in and saw Suzanne on the Customer Services desk, who was super helpful and called the Duty Manager. He (I didn’t manage to get his name!) then very quickly brought my shopping to the car with a smile! He dealt with a rejected substitution without fuss and even offered to help me load everything into the car! I wish I’d got his name because he was absolutely delightful and really deserves a shout out!

Ed in the phone shop is an absolute diamond. I’m a Tesco Mobile customer already and have always been impressed but he allowed me to sit and charge my phone for over an hour and made sure I was happy with my contract. Top lad. 5/5 !

Just has everything anyone needs, staff friendly and helpful.

The click and collect service from this store was extremely well organised during Covid- that was the only time we have used it. Well done Tesco.

I suffer with fibromyalgia and was struggling in pain with my shopping and the trolley, Anna in scan and shop Burgess Hill 27th May 2022 kindly took my trolley to my car and helped me unpack it into the car. Her actions were so considerate and she went above and beyond her duties. Thank you Anna

I really love the orange Juice machine! This shop is well stocked. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Not expensive like other supermarkets and you also can collect points on your Tesco card. The quality of food and baby clothes is getting better with the years and I feel confident when buying fruits as they're excellent quality and lower in price. Thanks Tesco.

Having realised at checkout that I had lost my credit card.
The staff could not have been more helpful. They checked all my shopping through and kept it at customer services until I got back. Sandra the supervisor and the cashier and lady at customer services - all friendly and helpful. Thanks to you all.

On Friday last I shopped early but was disappointed to discover that one small paid for item had not made it home with me. I returned some hours later and was so very impressed with all the staff members that helped me locate the item that I had foolishly left at till number 12. Not one of them displayed any impatience despite the current crisis. Many thanks.

Came into store today and found manager Jack to be very helpful and friendly. Enen though a customer before me was being very loud and awkward. Jack handled it very well . Great store and staff. DD

I want to thank Eloise, I left my purse and keys at her checkout earlier today (Sunday) and she ran after me to hand them back.

Wanted a flu jab, pharmacy arranged same day appointment, met my needs 100%. Great staff,customers focused.
