Burgess Hill store. Lovely shop. Lovely Staff. It’s good that they don’t keep moving items around, so you know where to go, particularly if you are in a rush. The other thing I noticed today was that I needed a basket whilst I was walking around and they had some near the back of the shop, so I didn’t need to go back up to the entrance to get one, like they do in other Supermarkets. A small point but worth a mention.

Always a pleasure to shop here. The friendly staff always make you feel welcome. The store is always clean and reasonably stocked up. Parking is easy too.

Happy with my shopping trip, staff are very helpful, always ready to assist me if I can't find an item I am looking for. A young Man is manning the self service facilities, always eager to assist customers, he has helped me on a couple of occasions to which I am truly grateful. It's the kindness and knowledge of the staff that makes Waitrose a pleasant place to shop.

Shopping here is always a pleasure despite rising prices.
This morning, while struggling to retrieve my £1 coin from the trolley I dropped my shopping bag on the floor. Two bottles of wine were shattered and the contents was all over my shopping. One of the partners came to my assistance. His name is ROB and he was INCREDIBLY helpful! He took over the situation. He replaced my wine and dried and repacked my shopping into another bag. Amazing!

Rightly regarded as a cut above... and not always more costly. Customer service can't be faulted as there are never any quibbles. The best supermarket meat - almost as good as the local butcher

Love this shop ! Great selection of fresh foods and covers your everyday items as well. A one stop shop thankfully, especially during the pandemic, staff super too ! Not too busy most evenings, especially Wednesday & Fridays , which is great as I shop those days!🤞👍

Really good store, much better than others. Good location near the Martlets shopping centre. Parking cost is refunded at checkout. It has bins and a customer toilet and a free cashpoint. The staff are always good and generally friendly. There's a good selection of products in the shop and there is also a café. Always clean and tidy. There are standard checkouts, self checkouts, basket checkouts and self scan checkout options. My wife and I have been shopping here for years and still like it so happy to recommend.

Lovely store with a layout that is easy to navigate. The store has been extended since it originally opened, so now stocks a wider variety of products. The fruit and veg are always fresh and of great quality. Staff are very helpful and friendly, whilst also being efficient in processing your items. There must be a great management team behind the running this store, which is not always the case in supermarkets.

The store is always clean and tidy. The partners are always cheerful, polite and helpful, and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. A very pleasant store to shop in.

Lovely customer service from a wonderful young partner, think his name was Olly. Highly recommend this Waitrose - got to be my favourite one!

I don't buy from here particularly often but I love to wander around and marvel at the sheer variety of products. The cakes the meats and the cheeses. I love the mural of the different wine regions. I don't drink the stuff but I like to look.

Popped in with 2 'under 3s' in tow. Loos very clean, food simple, easy and tasty. Shop assistant very helpful. Great choice of fresh veg.

Always a pleasant store to visit, well stocked, easy parking (but have change ready, you claim 80p back at checkout). A pity that on last visit we had the slowest checkout person imaginable!
