The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.
I had a problem with my chromecast and they managed to fix it while I waited.
This just highlights why we should 'shop local' to support our local businesses.

Absolutely fantastic customer service at this store all staff are Absolutely brilliant and go the extra mile for the customer I have been using this store since march this year and have a great experience every time I go there Sam is fantastic and knowledgeable and his staff are so welcoming and great at their jobs keep it up guys

The staff here are just hands down my kind of people! I'm usually popping in for 5 minutes to sell something and end up chatting for an hour or more lol. (not getting in the way of other customers obviously lol) There good/sensible with there console trade ins and quality etc. With the best warranty's around that's a flex at we 100% trust you're definitely not going to need it! But it's there! Peace of mind is lovely especially if you're always dropping your phone and what not 🙂

Good little shop with friendly staff. Had to return a faulty item purchased in April. Credit given with no complaints. All in all I've never had a bad experience. 👍

Good place for secondhand electronics with a two year guarantee at reasonable prices. Also have a good selection of games and DVDs.
