Always a pleasure, such extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The food is diverse and high quality.

Waitrose , known for delicious and high end produce, excellent staff and great atmosphere! Well Waitrose has it for you ! They have a amazing service which they provide , if you don’t like the product you bought , return it and Waitrose will sort you out ! No joke , a bottle of wine we bought, tasted funny , returned it opened , got our money back and two free bottles ! The Waitrose in Tenterden provides a Dry Cleaning , as well collection of John Lewis products , also they do delivery which is great ! The staff are kind and helpful !

Lovely supermarket, always clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, lots of quality products and never low on stock. Have been given free bunches of flowers in here a few times by staff members too which always brightens up my day :)

Blissfully quiet in the store and carpark at 7.30am.
Super efficient and droll assistant on Self scan check out. Such a pleasant change to be helped by someone who comes across as neither obsequious nor disinterested. Makes up a bit for my regular negative experiences staff wise at Hawkhurst where they so often seem condescending or even downright grumpy at having to interact with customers
Faith in Waitrose valuing their customers restored by my encounter at Tenterden today.

Always great customer service, good selection of produce and parking. Management has a bad habit of standing 3 or 4 in the isle talking, that's the only thing I would like to change. Maybe they could get an office or something.

Update now that the Tenterden shop has had a refurb. Some things have been moved, but to a better and more sensible place for the most. A new John Lewis home ware isle as well. Best new feature: fresh handmade sushi. Better prices than Asda and way better taste. I really like the new layout and added products.

Very helpful staff, always quick to open another till when it's busy. They have just completed a major refit that's improved the store. Now there's a wide range of sushi & other Asian cuisine available.

I love this store, yes some things are more expensive but try their essential range it is brilliant and all good quality and price.
The staff are always helpful and they are keeping to the guidelines of safety.
As a vulnerable person I always feel safe In this store just wish it was possible to get a delivery sometime, still you can’t have everything. . Keep up the good work

I can not thank Glen enough for coming to my rescue on Monday whilst shopping with two little ones under 3! He was absolutely amazing & made my trip a million times better!

Awesome fish and meat counter

Polite and friendly staff. A neat, clean and tidý store, with full shelves and no sign of rubbish or packaging materials on the shop floor.

Wonderful. Had a late breakfast here this morning. Food, service, price and setting all excellent.

Great staff and quality food. Might not be as cheap as Tesco but the quality far out ways the difference in price. You get a free paper and coffee too.

You can find everithing here. Even the Polenta italian style . Is one of the best supermarket i ever see . And the reson i chose waitrose is because is very clean and delicated fix all the product .

Would.just like to say how helpful, friendly and polite Alex was on the checkout today, would also like to commend the lovely lady on the cheese counter- a pure delight and we cant wait to eat our purchases! Tenterton.

Even if the free coffee is shut down, the free newspaper (eg cost £1.80) on £10 spend is always welcome (even if does tempt people to buy that £10 bottle of wine!)

Good C-19 hygiene, lovely and cool on the hottest day this year, had everything we needed and helpful and friendly staff.
