my partner brought me to Huggers after hyping it up to me for weeks, and it did NOT disappoint! the ladies running the place are so lovely and welcoming, the food is cooked to utter PERFECTION and you can taste it’s all home-cooked and the menu is so varied it’s amazing how they hit the spot with every dish! i had the chilli nachos and oh my, the nacho cheese was amazing!!! my partner had the crispy sweet chilli chicken dish and it was just as lovely. we took away some lush lemon cake & banana loaf but i didn’t have time to picture it as it was gone in a second! highly recommend this establishment to all 🤍

Came across this place by chance when looking for vegan friendly places that offer a Sunday roast in Norwich. The 5 star reviews explain it all.

Service was impeccable and more importantly the food was on another level. We had the nut roast and sausage plait roast. Never have I had vegan food to this standard, including the portion size which was very generous. I would gladly return.

We have had a few great roast dinners on a Sunday here 😋 the kids love the roast, and the pancakes! The milkshakes went down a treat with the kids as well. We took some cheesecake home this Sunday which was cookies and cream, and delicious 😋

Food was incredible! So hot and filling. The best vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to! Would recommend to everyone

Had a roast dinner here on Sunday and it was amazing, the best roast I have probably ever had. The service was great and everything was so tasty. Can’t wait to come back here to try more dishes.

Another superb lunch today, hot, so well cooked and very tasty.
It's so nice to be able to locally dine out at Huggers, lovely cheerful staff and delicious food.
Very rarely we are able to enjoy a dessert because the main course is so filling.But, today, because of an anniversary we decided to.
The bakewell tart and ice cream was so lovely with coffee to follow.
Sometimes the overall cost is insignificant when you're able to enjoy lunch, with friends in a convivial atmosphere with no time limit applied to your table.
If prices are compared for a family at a takeaway, the prices at Huggers are very competitive.
I would always recommend Huggers to anyone.

Popped in for lunch, as was working in Long Stratton. What a great experience! Warm welcome from staff and plenty of space to sit, comfortable chairs. Clean.
I'm not vegetarian but opted for the Huggers full english - it was by far the best vegetarian breakfast I have ever eaten! The veggie sausages in particular were delicious! All served on very nice crockery. Washed down with a nice coffee. Staff made you feel welcome and pleasant atmosphere with other customers. I would definitely return! 5 Stars.

Just had probably the best Sunday roast ever!! Every bite was delicious, the Yorkshire pudding and the cauliflower cheese were the highlights for me! I couldn’t fault it. The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely too. We are already planning our next visit back!

This was a fabulous find. Haven't been into Long Stratton for a while, so was pleasantly surprised to see this cafe on the high street. And wow, from the outside it says, come on in, fantastically clean and fresh with a modern cottage charm. Welcomed with a friendly smile and atmosphere to match it was an easy decision to stay for a light lunch.
Don't miss this place, plenty of room for couples and groups.
Can't wait to go again.... I think this might be my new favourite local cafe 💚

Love this café. I can highly recommend it to everyone. Food is delicious and staff are very warm and welcoming. 100% plant based but more importantly its delicious and freshly made.
Very dog friendly too.

Always amazing food, menu is all vegan (although you wouldn’t know it!) and absolutely delicious. Really generous portions, and really good quality ingredients. Friendly staff and great service. Had the sweet chilli noodles with soy ‘chicken’ and the chocolate brownie, which was to die for! Very decadent and delicious. There’s a regular menu and daily specials.

Plenty of options for light bites as well as a great selection of meals and deserts. As soon as you walk in we were greeted with smiles and a nice calm atmosphere. Great for just grabbing a fresh coffee, to sit in for a quick snack, do some work or have a nice full lunch (and a cheeky pudding!). The thick shakes are fantastic too! Very lovely addition to the village.

Absolutely wonderful place. We are all vegans so were very excited to visit but it was even better than we expected. The food was interesting and delicious, the space is big, light and warm and the staff are friendly. The menu is pretty big and there's lots of choice, definitely something for everyone. I'd like to think if you weren't vegan you'd still love it because you can't tell. Cannot wait to go back.

Situated in the middle of the village of long Stratton, this award winning restaurant is well worth a visit, so don't miss out.

The staff were very friendly ready to help, the premises are extremely clean, the atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented.

I have often been in Huggers for a coffee and sausage roll which have always been excellent.So decided to try the full English/slightly apprehensive as I'm not a vegetarian.
But was pleasantly surprised at just how good it was,and will now have no hesitation in tying some more of their delicious looking dishes.

So we came here as a family of 4 with 2 very fussy 9 and 12 year old girls and they loved the food and ambience as well. I ordered a lentil pie with creamy nutmeg sauce, and the girls ordered 2 Sunday roasts and a burger. We were so impressed with the food we ordered deserts and had ice cream in multiple flavours, sticky toffee pudding and a sundae. The staff and food and the atmosphere was on point and left knowing this was the best vegan food we ever had the pleasure to try

Amazing! I’ve never really tried vegan food and I feel that sometimes there’s a stigma that vegan food doesn’t taste very good. However this food was unbelievable. So much flavour and the burgers tasted like real beef! Would 100% recommend, A really nice atmosphere.

Good food, friendly staff and the restaurant has a good atmosphere.
My wife and I had a lovely breakfast (brunch) and all the food was cooked well and was hot.
If you're in the area and you want good food go to Huggers.

Their Sunday roast is a must-try. Delicious and very filling with a generous portion.
Everything in the menu is plant-based.
Very welcoming service as well.
Worth trying even if you’re not vegetarian or vegan 😊
