All employees at this store are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, but one lady in particular stands out and that is Tracey. Every time I visit she brightens my day with her smile, she always has time for me and even on a bad day I leave the store feeling positive and uplifted! She is a ray of sunshine. Tracey if you are reading this, thank you, you restore my faith in people 🩷

Since moving to Farnham (a new area for me) it’s been somewhat difficult to adjust and I get quite homesick. However, when I come to shops like this, with amazing customer service, it really makes all the difference to how I feel. I first visited this store to return a parcel, and now I come here regularly for food. Love it 😊

Staff go above and beyond to help I’ve been using this store as my go too for the past 2 years and have never had any problems the staff are extremely friendly and sometimes just someone to talk to when your having a bad day and show genuine interest 10/10
