Roosters Furniture

I recently had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and flawlessly. I ordered six pieces of furniture for my bedroom, and I have to say, I'm beyond impressed with the furniture. Katie did an amazing job. I can't thank her enough!

Absolutely impeccable service from first contact to delivery - an absolute seamless process from start to finish! I found Roosters service whilst looking for a some specific vintage pieces of furniture that I wanted (a bureau and a tallboy chest of drawers by Stag furniture). I saw the beautifully restored, painted pieces on their website and contacted Roosters to see if they might have any available and were able to do these specific pieces for me in the colour that I wanted. Katie, the owner, was super responsive and helped me choose the best colour options in the shades I was looking for, sent a selection of pictures of completed items in these colours and even offered to send paint samples. Katie kept me updated along the way on progress and delivery options, and sent me pictures of my items. My items were finished sooner than we had initially discussed which was fantastic.

The delivery cost was very reasonable and Vince, the courier that Katie organised, was wonderful, providing a 30 min arrival window for the day of delivery and even took the time to update me when he was a little delayed in traffic which was super helpful.

The furniture pieces themselves are absolutely stunning - you can see the quality on the Roosters website but they are even better in real life - the quality of the finish and attention to detail is flawless - if you didn't know these were vintage, you could easily assume they were new! They were also very reasonably priced, especially considering the work that goes into making these look so immaculate.

The items were delivered very carefully wrapped in a layer of woollen wadding with an additional plastic wrap to protect them, so you do not have to worry about damaging them whilst positioning in your home (I thought it was lovely to have the woollen wrap that can be re-used). They also came with a couple of little pots with matching paint which is really handy to have just in case of any future accidents - a very thoughtful touch (which I am hoping that I will not need to make use of!)

I would highly recommend Roosters - it will be the first place I look next time I need furniture, thank you again to Katie & Team!
