Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We had been trying to get replacement 7kg calor gas cylinders and they kept us up-to-date with delivery and phoned to tell us when they eventually arrived. Also carried full cylinders to our car for us. Fantastic service

Great service - I took in a very old stub of key that had broken in a lock. They identified the key type and cut me another. Reasonably priced as well.

As a regular customer at Rolfes I have always found them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. What more could you want? The shop is very well stocked with everything you might need and if they haven't got it, they'll order it for you. Thoroughly recommend them.

They've got pretty much anything you could want here or at least a version of. Open til half five which is handy for nipping in on way home from work. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Parking can be tricky but Sainsburys usually has spaces if you don't mind a short walk.

Replacement secateur spring was easy to select and order, it was delivered in a prompt and efficient manner

Brilliant DIY shop. Wide range of products. Very helpful, non-pushy staff.

This is a brilliant place and a wonderful local resource. Rolfe's sell everything you need FIY wise and saves traipsing to Ashford or Folkestone to the large DIY stores. Obviously, Rolfe's don't sell the same range as the larger stores like plumbing and heating supplied and wood. But it's been a life saver over the last 30 when I've been in the middle of some DIY home improvement and suddenly found I've run out of something vital. You may a bit more but if you factor in the cost of petrol and time saved shopping local, it's well worth it. Remember, shop local! If you don't use it you lose it!!

Fantastic local shop rather use this than the big retail units always friendly and our Dora the greyhound loves going in to say hello if they haven't got it they will always get it, please go in to this fantastic local shop before heading to the likes of b&q you wo t regret it.

If you miss the era of a well stocked local ironmonger with excellent service , this place is wonderful. Please support this shop, it will be a sad day when we have no choice but to go to B and Q
