Lovely place for essentials, but I needed to call about a rather urgent issue, tried calling for two days and still no one answers the phone :(

This is almost always illegal. Under the Equality Act, guide dog and other assistance dog owners have the right to enter most services, premises and vehicles with their dog. Our research shows that the most frequent places that guide dog owners are refused access to are minicabs, taxis, restaurants and shops.

Refused a lady with a guide dog for impaired sight. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I hope they sleep well at night. Would love to see them closed down vile creatures

Just awful customer manners, rude really.
