I go here all the time, the people are nice and helpful, it's clean and lots of options to choose from, if you're debating on whether to go here or not make the right choice and go!!!

I went to this shop and it is perfect! Everything is organised! I brought some things with it and I can still say it was perfect!

I have never been to a shop quite like this one before.

The staff are extremely rude, with no consideration for customer service. I believe the poor attitude stems from an assumption that we have no choice but to spend our money here.

The employees are always busy on their phones rather than greeting patrons. Without posted prices, shopping becomes a guessing game unless pre-tagged. Twice now, milk I purchased was spoiled as it had been left out instead of properly refrigerated.

The dirty looks and sense of irritation we cause by daring to interrupt phone conversations makes the shopping experience feel hostile. The only kindness shown was by a young cashier who welcomed me and offered thanks - a rare positive interaction. The disorganized stock and unclean surfaces further diminish the appeal.

Proper employee focus could turn this shop around. If the front-facing staff made an effort to smile, maintain order and express gratitude for patronage through engaged customer service, business would likely improve. For now, I will seek alternatives like the Spar in town, only suffering this shop in desperation as they clearly do not seek to retain customers with their conduct.

The five-star reviews seem disingenuous, possibly from acquaintances of the owners or reviewers mistaking this place for another. One claiming cleanliness must have the wrong location in mind. A change in atmosphere and priorities could remedy legitimate complaints.
