Staff are really helpful, chatty and friendly. It seems like a silly thing to mention, but when you consider how busy people are, customer service is not always a priority for some places. The young lady on the counter was really lovely.

Great selection of frozen products, as well as un-frozen. And the staff are friendly. Shame to see this disappear for good from the 24th February. Yes I can use Junction One store but this was more convenient. RIP 🥀 Junction One it is for now on 👍

Queue for entry is sometimes likely as it is with most places right now but service is quick in store so it's not a long wait. Product availability is excellent with probably over 95% of products fully stocked. The only small negative is how some customers cannot seem to see the large red and white directional arrows and queue markings but this is not the stores fault so still 5 stars from me

Not too large but they have a lovely vegan section. Usually about 10 or so different selections including 2 type of vegan ice cream (magnum and the other I believe was no moo or something like that). Staff have always been nice and friendly to me here.

Really helpful go there every month and spend alot as it's the only time I can shop and they put up with me having so much shoping.

Very good selection of all types of food, from high street chains Gregg's to hash browns or Tikka Masala.

A fantastic frozen and fresh food store, they always have something new and constantly refresh the store. Always clean and tidy and helpful at the till.
I always feel that they could do more if the shop was bigger.

Supervision on the door reminding people to wear a mask and monitoring numbers of people entering the store but still have to be self guarding around the store as some areas are more popular than others.

Used this Iceland a lot over the years, its very handy being located in the former Clock Towers facility. Despite the store being quite small they hold a lot of products.

Lots of bargain especially if you want to stock your cupboard and freezer
