This is the second house that we have used Blueprint Ceramics to supply tiles for.
As we were moving from a house to a bungalow choosing tiles for a larger floor area was somewhat daunting, and online sites didn’t give you a true feeling of the style and quality that we were looking for. This was the deciding factor for us to do a 200 mile round trip to Blueprint showrooms in Coventry, and the help and advice that we got from all the staff there was exceptional.
By sharing our floor plans and intended kitchen and bathrooms layout helped Blueprint in suggesting designs and layout.
The whole process was easy from choice, purchase and delivering and If we moved again they would be a company that I’d use again!

States store is open but can’t look around to view tiles. No foot traffic no one in. Looks dodge, feels dodge great instincts. Big place little personality. Shocked about the service offered This may be standard practice in the middle of a field by the junction off the 45. A place where no one can visit. Nothing bespoke about the service. You locked in or you’re locked out. Mmmmm

I was quoted just £250 for 50 tiles including £75 for delivery - the exact same tiles I got at tiles direct for £48- delivered ! A difference of £200 for the exact same tiles from the exact same manufacturer.
Service is slow, ordering process is confusing. Staff are obtuse and awkward to deal with. I found I had to CC in the manager to get anything done. Very very poor and outrageously expensive. Some of their tiles are simply Equipe tiles which can be purchased much cheaper elsewhere. Avoid.

I've always hated tiles. What they are, what they stood for and what they represented. Can't say I was happy with their selection and their treatment of other customers. Respect to the buyer, the one and only source of the truth
