My experience at the new, long missed Poundland store was not bad , very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Quite big store 👌 very surprised to see that they have PepCo section as well 🥳🥳 .

It was OK. One big problem is when you get to the checkout and they charge you more for an item than the ticket price on the shelf. Till staff not fully trained, with no separate tills to self-scan.

The till employee can't do Simple maths calculations and gets confused when I calculated things for him as he gives me 30£ more change than he should. I'm afraid the shop will loose a lot of money if you don't train your workers.
