Staff always seem to be too busy to serve customers

For a while I have really tried to ignore certain issues with the shop owners but not only do they act rude especially the old lady with the glasses but hygiene manners isn’t good. Numerous of times she will cough and not cover her mouth and be eating and serving customers and even on the phone. It’s awful. I do try to avoid going in that shop at all costs. And overall there is this atmosphere.
