I had an incredible experience at Cherry Local Corner Shop. The wide range of high-quality products and the warm ambiance made my visit truly enjoyable. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Very lovely people and great shop. I go there all the time and I always get greeted amazingly.

Great stock for such a tiny little shop! Should be able to get anything critical, and as such for these shops, a great selection of booze.

Was very friendly, but the energy drink actually ended up being lumpy, didn’t realise that was possible but either way, presuming it was a storage thing?

This is an extremely bad pick up point. In January, a small parcel (smaller than a4 size) was supposed to be delivered to this shop via dpd but the shop rejected the parcel cause it had no space. I was very unhappy. In the end it was delivered to my home address. Today I was expecting ikea delivery to the same shop via dpd again but the exactly the same thing happened. They refused it. I only had two delivery from dpd this year to the same shop.
What is the chance I was the only unlucky customer. This should happen to other people too then there must be complaints. Why do they do this? If they are not capable of accepting parcels, they should have been dropped from pick up points. I will report this to retailers and try to drop this shop from pick up points.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO COLLECT YOUR PARCELS. I had an Evri parcel delivered here from Vinted. The confirmation said it was delivered on Monday 14 at 14.22. On Tuesday between 4-5pm I went to collect the parcel with my husband. A young Asian lady with a shawl demonstrated the most rudest, most impolite customer service I have ever received for a local shop. She asked my name, looked at a couple of parcels and said she did not have it. I asked her to check again as I definitely had confirmation that it was received by the shop and she categorically told me she not have it with such attitude. She did not even check the tracking number. She left me feeling rubbish, unheard and like I had made a mistake. The next day I went in and there was a young man at the counter who was lovely - helpful. He checked the tracking number and found the parcel immediately. Why offer a parcel service if the staff can't even be bothered to look for and give you the parcel? If I had not gone back today I would have lost my parcel because of this rude, couldn't really care attitude young lady. I complained and the owner gave me a call, apologised and then sent a follow up text saying it was a misunderstanding because the young lady had been told it was a DPD parcel and not an EVRI. Clearly a lie as that never happened. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO COLLECT A PARCEL. I won't be using this shop again especially as there are so many other, more friendly and welcoming local stores.

EVRI PICK UP/DROP OFF. Tried to Drop off in the afternoone a large package but they said " they have nowhere to store it... come back inthe morning.. "
Went back inthe morning - Google Opening hours says 7 am - nope - shut - waited 15 mins then gave up - dropped the parcel at a different store.
as an EVRI drop of for big items - 1 star.

I tried to drop off a large parcel yesterday afternoon but the guy behind the till refused it alleging that "their Hermes manager does not allow them to keep large parcels overnight", and that they can only accept large parcels before 12pm. That was simply a lie, as Hermes Customer Service were as surprised to hear about this on the phone as myself. I don't think such a "shop manager policy" is allowed on Hermes ParcelShops, and I certainly didn't appreciate being lied to. I will try my best not to come back.
